First time I have used this service…

First time I have used this service after having payed into it for about 3 years, omly to be told they could not help with that particular ailment !!! What am I paying for I ask?

Benenden Health has been very helpful…

Benenden Health has been very helpful on many occasions. Their procedure getting to the right, highly qualified consultants within a short time is painless. My last experience, a cataract operation, was no exception.
I was dreading the injection in the eye, but apart from a bit of pressure when the anaesthetic was administered, I didn't feel anything. The staff's behaviour at Kingsbridge hospital Belfast was professional, friendly and reassuring. I couldn't say anything negative about them or Benenden Health and have recommended Benenden Health to many people.

Surgical pathway

The whole pathway was amazing. Staff were kind, professional and knowledgeable. They came back to me the same day if I left a message. The phone call , a couple of days after surgery was very reassuring. I would definetly recommend

My first use of Benenden after 50 years membership was all I hoped it would be.…

My first use of Benenden after 50 years of membership proved just how reassuring membership is.
An annual EGG showed an irregularity in my heart. Suggested investigation would mean a 40 week wait for a hospital appointment.
Benenden's diagnostic service enabled me to get monitored, tested, further diagnostic tests and diagnosis within 60 days.
