Fantastic service
Benenden provides a fantastic service, I had treatment promptly. NHS services were going to take 3-4 years, Benenden got my treatment sorted within weeks.

My experience is from Nov 25 through to April 26
Benenden telephone system could do with upgrading but you eventually get put through to the correct area
Treatment first class albeit can be slightly disorganised in terms of getting say MRI before one sees consultant but then there is a wait once he/she has authorised the scan.
I saw Nik Bakti who has a very personable manner conveying confidence in his assessment of my various shoulder issues following an MRI such that I went ahead and had Bicep and rotator cuff repairs which turned out to be successful and am now in the post op recovery /rehabilitation period and hope at some stage to return to Racketball/Squash

Great hospital
Great hospital, clean, calm and respectful staff that treat you like a human. Never overly crowded and appointments run usually to time.
Good quality staff and doctors. Great value for money. Would recommend.

Cataract surgery
I am very pleased with all dealings with Benenden Health and have already recommended them to my friends. Staff are helpful and courteous and waiting times for decision making very quick. I have been extremely happy with my cataract surgery and after care.
