Bought N95 mask from Benessence in June2020, out of ten masks ordered, one mask seal was broken. However, the product was delivered on time. The company apologised and refunded my money.

Arrived following day by DPD courier

Arrived following day by DPD courier. Excellent safe protective packaging.
Having read your Facebook comments about alcohol content perhaps clearer labeling regarding percentage alcohol level and correct United Kingdom interpretation of % as v/v or w/w on label on bottles would remove confusion and perception of efficacy.
Perhaps a optional extra pump should be offered to fit on the same bottle could be sold ?
Very satisfied with purchase and when needed will buy again

Excellent company offering fast delivery and value for money and quality .They have a selective range of products I have used the hand sanitizer and also vera products all very effective .
