Bought N95 mask from Benessence in June2020, out of ten masks ordered, one mask seal was broken. However, the product was delivered on time. The company apologised and refunded my money.

Great service!!

Sent me a replacement batch of sanitiser gel as the first batch smelt really horrible. Just received the replacement batch and that was perfect. It smells lovely.
Thank you very much for understanding and replacing the dodgy batch.
I will definitely order from them again.

Really quick service

Really quick service. Gave it 4 only as my delivery was short. Once they were informed, acted extremely quickly and received my short order next day.

Great products and good value

To be absolutely honest, I was slightly wary of ordering a product I hadn't previously heard of from a Facebook advertisement. Also, the prices seemed very reasonable compared to similar products advertised elsewhere, most of which were unavailable anyway when I enquired. However, a little research showed Benessence to be a well established Italian company, so I took the plunge.
I'm really glad that I did. The products arrived extremely well packaged and in just a couple of days. I've tried the hand sanitizer and it's a good gel that absorbs quickly with no residue. It has a pleasant, antiseptic aroma. I'm very pleased with my purchase and can thoroughly recommend Benessence products.
