Terrible group insurance, they have degraded the services and coverage they are supposed to offer in a consistent manner. Would not recommend any products with them

C'est 0. Horrible. Never, never with my previous insurers I had to justify a simple medication for psoriasis! Now, it's the whole nightmare with forms, signatures, etc. WHY?? this is not opioid, this is not a complex medication, this is JUST A SKIN TREATMENT, GIVE ME A BREAK!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

Either Management sucks and hires the most idiots to look better or they deliberately act dumb to make the reclamation as complicated as possible
Shop around there are many superior companies to them

Customer service is abysmal. I've been trying to get a hold of someone for days, and every time it connects, I get hung up on. I got a call back once, she immediately transferred me, I was told I had a wait of 30+ minutes, it connected me to a rep, and was immediately hung up on. I'm so fed up.

They accused me of having a claim with intact over a hidden defect at my old house when I in fact, never claimed. Intact paid part of a civil engineer bill in order to protect themselves against a lawsuit from the new owner. I was transparent with Benva about this and they accused me of claiming and tried to drive up the quote they gave me. NEVER go with Beneva, they are the worst. I'm very happy with Promutuel now.

Not cool. I've been waiting to speak to a representative the entire day. The wait time is supposedly between 15 - 30 mins. After waiting roughly 45 - 60 mins each time, I get disconnected by you... before even speaking to an agent! I`ve been calling since 9:00am and it is not 3:00pm.

For some reason two of my claims haven`t been processed in over a week. Receipts were provided with the claim. No updates, nothing. I've been paying 112$ per paycheque since January for your insurance... and you can't process ONE SINGLE claim for 128$? This is so unprofessional.

Incompetent! Rude, poor representation. I am a elderly lady the agent told me to go somewhere else. They told me that they will fix the damaged and they only did 1% and charged me when they told me that it was covered. " Go somewhere else there are other companies!" His name was Maxime T. If I could of rate this company a ZERO I would off. I had a horrible experience. People are telling the truth on the reviews.👎

Well let the games begin.
No response to calls, online portal gets you nowhere. Cancelled health insurance last year, still coming out of my acct.
Do not use this company.

0 star is what I should give this company! They called me on a Saturday to see if I was interested in a quote for home insurance. I spoke with Amid or Amir and he ended up telling that they can't go on with the quote but he didn't even ask me any questions properly. I had given a fact that didn't even occur in the last 3 years as per his question. How can they refuse to give a quote when not having the proper information? Now they have all my private info. What a waste of time & zero professional!

I gave 1 but even 1 start is too much for their service and policies. Total crap.

I do not recommend this company. Everytime you call them, the prices double with no reason and the impossibility for them to explain why.

I DO NOT recommend this company at all. Their agents, especially one called Amir; he does not respect the clients, he never respond or call back and he gives you wrong information about the insurance contract. This has caused me a big loss of money and it created me a lot of stress through this company.

Got a low quote online, then it increased on a follow-up call. Checked my driving history without consent, never seen by me!

The worst. Customer service ever

Never go with Beneva. They’re a merger between 2 incompetent insurance companies leading to what is the most ridiculous insurance company ever. I had home insurance with them and forgot to make 2 payments as I’m not used to send money instead of it just being debited. I never got an email or a call but turns out they sent a letter at my old place. When they didn’t hear back they sold what I “owed” them to a debt collector and terminated my contract. Mind you this took place from May to August. Meanwhile I didn’t have home insurance and didn’t know. Never go with Beneva.

Wait times are unreal. I have given up three times now in the last week. 45 minutes, 50 minutes, 60 minutes. No answer. Just the voice telling me my call is important and someone will help me shortly. The one time I got an agent they did not change my phone number for me so I am locked out of my account because they can't send me the code to get into it. It is a catch 22. This company is terrible. If my union had not chosen them I would never ever do business with Beneva. Their website is also terrible. I would have changed the number myself before getting my new number if I could have seen how. Other than that, they have lost documents I sent them and totally messed things up after my husband died and I had to transfer to my own account. Stay away if you have a choice. I am thinking of leaving my group policy and going it alone just to be done with Beneva. Life is too short. (I wish to add that on Nov 5th I did get through and a very competent and polite young woman tried her best to help me. My account has become so messed up it has to be investigated further, but she was trying very hard to help me resolve the issues. Credit where credit is due.)

The worst of worst. I don't why there still service they only thing they know how do is lie and pretend they care. There special agent alyssya bolduc is a liar and does nothing.

customer service staff lacks social skills and product knowledge. Very rude and arrogant. Very risky in this business. I actually paid the penalty to cancel my insurance just to never have to deal with them again. Not worth the risk of when you actually do have an issue to claim.

madly incompetent insurance firm... do yourself a favor and choose any other insurance firm for your insurance needs.
