I had been eyeing a rug for quite some time and finally decided to make the purchase. So glad I did! It came quickly and rolled and wrapped very well. What I love most is that my rug was the EXACT colors shown online. I have purchased a few items online (including a rug from another vendor) where the colors had been enhanced with a filter so was completely different in real life. I appreciate the photos with close ups as well. If you see something you like from Benisouk, you will get the item you see! Thank you

The rug I received is of excellent quality (the softest rug I've ever felt!) & it was delivered earlier than anticipated - 9 weeks instead of the estimated 10 weeks. I will not hesitate to purchase another rug from Benisouk.

I ordered a pouffe worth 150£ a month earlier, however the item's quality fell short of expectations and it was in no way comparable to the picture on the internet. I received the item packaged in plastic from them.

I tried contacting customer service as soon as I received the product, but they said I would need to pay 15 Euros for the return since they would not cover the cost. I have received the mail from them with a return receipt of 61.50 £. which was never received. I have tried finding these people on LinkedIn and social media, turns out they are fraud!

Refrain your self from buying any stuff from this company, and try to pass on my message as much as you can so that other customers are not fooled.

I've frankly been burned by social media ads in the past but took another shot with benisouk. Boy was I surprised! I needed different cushions for a new leather sofa and these that arrived are perfect!! Gorgeous and subtle texture in the weave and dye, stunning tribal patterns, rich to the touch - I couldn't believe this find. Wholeheartedly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with my customer service agent, Mario. But I have to say that the item I ordered did arrive damaged, and Benisouk initially would not give a refund as I opened the package after the 14 day return window. I well understand that policy if the item is in perfect condition-- but if it's damaged it should have been an automatic refund, in my opinion and experience. However, Mario was so helpful, responsive, and gracious, and he did secure a full refund for me, which I greatly appreciate as there were some extenuating circumstances for my delay in opening the package. Mario restored my faith in Benisouk as a company that values and responds to its customers needs. Thank you so much!!!!

I ordered a Boujad rug from Benisouk. After months of not receiving it I made contact with
Benkisouk who told me the rug had been lost. They were good enough to refund my money, but it was hard for me to believe it had gotten lost, and they didn't make contact with me to let me know what had happened.

The pillows are beautiful, luxurious yet sturdy. Incredible craftspersonship— so well made, they will last years, if not generations. The colors were just as pictured on the website, so choosing was easy, and they fit perfectly in our home. It took a little longer than other online sources for decor such as Anthropologie or Pottery Barn but so worth the wait. The quality is greatly superior to anything I’ve seen at those retailers. Feels good to support a real person rather than a machine.

I was hesitant initially about spending a fair amount of money for a rug that I couldn't see, touch or feel....but I took a chance and I'm very glad I did. The rug was exactly as pictured and described. I did have a couple questions before I finally decided to pull the trigger and their customer service was responsive and helpful. They are in Morocco(I think) so be patient. Because of the time zone difference, they may take 24 hours to respond. The rug arrived nicely packed(again, directly from Morocco) and in perfect shape. It is soft, beautiful and it really ties the room together!

Terrible. Unlike anything I have experienced.I would not not buy from here. I ordered a rug and have been waiting two months to receive it. It was suppose to arrive in 4 days. There is no phone number and only email and no one is proactive….And despite assurance of a refund below still NONE and I have even sent them a letter from my lawyers

Sheds everytime I vaccumed it. Decided to give them away. The company refunded 10% for my inconvenience in return to remove my first one star review.
