In 2025, Benjamin was a pretty good app. I was earning money and able to withdraw very easily, straight to my bank account with a few days delay. My only complaint was that games didn't always connect. I was a little disappointed when they froze withdrawals while they worked on a new payment system. But I decided to keep earning and be patient. I have now attempted to withdraw 5 times since December 2025 and still haven't seen a penny. It says I'm "in queue" and being processed, but we're going on 3 months since I first attempted my $50 withdrawal (I do not like this new $50 max limit -- which I am SURE is contributing to the volume of withdrawals. Why make users do lots of tiny withdrawals instead of 1 big one???) I'm still playing and still earning. Just can't seem to get my money!!! Ugh! Don't know how much longer I'll keep going. I've tried PayPal and Venmo. Benji isn't processing either. :(

Ok so I saw the reply from benjamin and I also saw pretty much the same reply that was said to me on other reviews. I feel like this is just AI or something automated that they're doing just to try to appease people. I've seen people on here that have been trying to cash out for a year or longer and different time frames that are way longer than mine so I don't understand what's going on. This is ridiculous!! people want their money Benjamin and we deserve it we've referred many people and got them on it that makes us look bad when you don't do what you say You're going to do & also it really doesn't look good on you and it does reflect in the reviews. My payment has been in queue since February 14th and it still is and like I said I've seen people that have way longer time frames in the queue than I do so just take care of everyone in order and we will more than likely put good reviews on you. again also I wanted to address the part where you said to contact your customer service that they're here to help and blah blah okay no they're not because I have sent them five or six tickets now and I wait until I receive a response before I send another but every single time all they have done is put that same exact message that's posted on the faq's wall I've already read that over and over and over again I know that it says because there's a high volume of requested payouts that you started putting in them in processing ques. and that's where it is but you need to take off the part on there that says venmo and PayPal usually cash out in 5 hours but it may be sooner you need to tell people hey it may be a whole lot longer

This app used to be great but like everyone else I started having issues after the update. When it finally started allowing withdraws again it took 6 days for me to get through and I was given an estimated wait time of 77 days. Well 77 days passed and now instead of an estimated time it just says payment processing. I tried contacting support but they sent the same generic message they send to everyone. I replied and was ignored. I recontacted support with screenshots of my issue and the emails showing I was ignored but the only response I got was the exact same copy and paste reply they sent me the first time. BS app. BS customer support.

On December 10th 2025 I put in for a withdrawal for $50 here it is February 25th and I still have not yet received a payment from you guys. I will never recommend any of my friends or family to this site you guys have pretty much stolen everybody's money. When are you finally going to pay us?

I have been with Benjamin for over a year and was great up until they revamped there system and, had to wait a month because of their revamping of the system. And then when we were able to cash out, you got the option of staying with it and get into a drawing No one is able to see a list of any winners, or cashing out right away. I have sent inquiries and got a generic, note back.
Saying I had to wait three days for it to be in the queue. This is now.

I have been waiting for my payout since December 8th and nothing. I also didn’t receive $200 for a task that was completed. I have emailed a video and screen shots to support to show that it was completed within the time frame but I get no response.

This is a huge waste of time. I saved my "rewards" for a year, planning on using it to supplement my holiday budget. Then payments were frozen for 3 months. Then it took weeks to even submit the payment request. Once I was finally able to get through the withdraw process, it went into a question for "3+ days"...well, that was the beginning of December 2025. I'm still waiting and it's almost March 2026. I was still logging in and doing the daily check in, more to track the days since the request than anything else, but yesterday (2/22/26), my streak was erased and the "rewards" removed even though I had been logging in daily.
At one time, this was a good site but not any more. Don't waste your time, there are better sites out there!

I initially had a great experience with Benjamin, cashing out very quickly. Now I am having a horrible time getting my money. Like others have mentioned, payments went on hold for a system update in the fall. When the update was done, I was initially told the system was too busy. Once I was finally able to get withdrawals in for processing, I was limited to $50 per day and subject to a fee. I still haven't received any of my money and the timeline just says 3+ days. It has been over 2 months.

When Benjamin announced that they were putting a moratorium on all payments for a couple of months in mid-2025, I wasn't happy but I was patient. They opened it back up in December of 2025 and I started requesting my money.
As of today February 20, 2026, I STILL have multiple requests sitting "in queue" from December 10-12, 2025 that remain in pending status. There is not even an ETA on when I will get this money.
This weekend they are offering this weekend that any withdrawals will skip the queue - that's just insulting. If they can pay things out to skip the queue for new ones they can pay me the money that they owe me.
To be honest I was going to wait until my money finally got out of their system to write this to minimize the risk of anything unusual happening to my account and potentially erasing all of the records. But after 2 months I have minimal hope that I will ever get the money that I am owed.

I had a wonderful experience with Benjamin last year up until they paused payouts for about 3 months, then they limited how much you could cash out in a day as well I'm assuming how many people could cash out. As you can imagine once cash outs re-opened people wanted to withdraw what they saved up over the last 3 months + so then it became difficult to even be one of those people. I was finally able to request a withdraw on Dec 9th for $50 as well as $50 on Dec 10th. It is now Feb 20th and those Payouts that may take "3+ days" still have not been paid. You also now have to wait sometimes 2 months to even receive credit for any funds you may have earned through games/offers. I was really hoping things would turn around, but I'm quickly losing faith.

Until last September, the app was pretty great. Timely bank withdrawals with no fees and lots of games with good rewards. Unfortunately, they put a moratorium on withdrawals around that time until December 3. Ever since I’ve been waiting to see $400 of my $450 that they owe me from my game earnings all via “instant withdrawal” which they now charge $1 per $50 for. Honestly, at this point, I think it might be lost money as I’ve been in a withdrawal queue since December 10. At one point, I got a hold of a customer service representative, but they could not give me any definitive timeline for receiving my money. It went from a great way to make some extra change to a scam overnight with no warning.

Just like everyone else, I also haven't received my payout since the update went into place back in December. It's only $32, and still have several amounts in queue! Before, I was able to cash out in minutes. I see every review gets same canned response, so I'm sure I will too. Doubt I will ever get my funds but wanted to vent my frustration here as well and glad I'm not the only one. I will stop playing games on this app now that I know I'll probably never get my funds.

Over the course of almost 2 months now, I have been waiting on my cash withdrawals to go through. I have had absolutely zero luck, and every single time that I reach out to customer service to ask for help, I am met with a response from one of their bots. I would suggest completely avoiding this app. It is nothing but a scam.

This app is a scam. They went through a phase of no payouts at all , saying they would start back up in December. I submitted on February 1. Was told it would take 3 days. Now it’s the 19th and nothing. I’ve contacted “customer support “ twice and gotten the same generic canned response. Don’t waste your time. It’s a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. I earned my rewards in December and because of restrictions Benjamin failed to disclose as usual I wasn't able to request payment until January. It's now February 18th and I have yet to receive my money. I've spoken with customer service several times and they are absolutely no help at all. They keep telling me the exact same thing about a lot of people requesting payment. This company prevented everyone from requesting payment for months claiming to be updating their system. I've been waiting for months to get this money. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. IT IS A SCAM

This place was one of my favorite play sources, now ...it's awful, I've been waiting since Dec 9th for my 276.00 to paypal...and of course "in queue for processing" in which it's been that way for awhile now. I earned approximately $400 in my Benjamin account months ago, but withdrawals became immediately unavailable. A popup stated that the platform was working on system improvements and that withdrawals would be available starting 12/3/2025. Despite multiple attempts across several days after that date, every withdrawal failed with the message “Lots of activity … try again later.”
Customer support, specifically a representative named “Ana” (who I suspect to be AI) provided only generic, dismissive, and at times condescending responses. My details were never acknowledged, no timeline was provided despite repeated requests, and the only guidance I received was to verify my phone number and then just wait. Every response referenced withdrawal limits being in place to ensure a fair opportunity for others and to prevent the system from crashing. These explanations are insulting, absurd, and fail to address the fact that my own legitimately earned funds were blocked for weeks.
After weeks of no progress, I filed a formal complaint with the BBB and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Benjamin never responded to my BBB complaint. Eventually, I was able to start limited $50 per day withdrawals, but as of mid-February, every transaction is still stuck in pending with an estimated completion of 3 plus days. My funds have effectively been inaccessible for months.
This entire experience demonstrates a complete lack of accountability, transparency, or competence. The repeated, copy-pasted “safeguards are in place to keep our system running smoothly” non-explanations across multiple complaints insult the intelligence of users. If anyone remotely competent worked at Benjamin, this issue would have been resolved long ago. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform and would actively discourage anyone I know from using it.
