Professional and helpful, would definitely recommend as was an excellent service.

We moved from South Wales to Northumberland with Bennetts and they were absolutely excellent. They are quiet, calm and professional and removed all the stress from what could have been a very stressful move. They really looked after our possessions and were fast and efficient. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had an excellent experience throughout our move with F&M Bennett - Jan was super helpful organising everything around dates, access, payments etc. and John and Alex were exceptional on the day! They arrived at our storage unit promptly, got everything in the vans much faster than expected (including several large items of furniture) and moved everything into our new house quickly and safely. There were some issues on our road with parking, but they were very understanding and we're able to expertly manoeuvre the vans into a smaller space than we'd planned initially. Really top guys and excellent value, would highly recommend!

I can honestly say I was dreading moving after 20 years of being in the same place, so needed to look for a removal company.I was recommended to Bennets by my Son who tried to use them but were pipped at the post by their seller. From start to finish the whole process was a dream, from Jan first picking up the phone to John and Alex bringing in the last of our belongings they made it run like clockwork. Everyone was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, I would definitely say they went above and beyond to make the whole moving process so easy. We have never moved before so was nervous about the process but after a friend recommendation we felt we were in great hands from start to finish and can honestly say from the quotation through to the actual move everything was smooth. We moved on a very hot day and the guys worked so hard . Thank you for making the first day in our new home stress free. Amazing service all round

A friend had recommended F M Bennett Removals to us, and we used them for our relocation to Devon at the end of March.

Having been in our house for over 30 years, we had certainly accumulated a lot of stuff - including a lot of vehicles.

Loading up was based over two days, and from the moment John and the team arrived and took charge, our stress disappeared. Even the transportation of our vehicles was taken care of, especially the quad bike which had its own truck!

From John and the team with the removals, and the patience and understanding of Janice in the office with the constant change of our moving date, I cannot praise them all highly enough. They all played their part in helping a very stressful situation go through so smoothly and they all took great care in looking after our belongings like they were their own.

F & M Bennett Removals Ltd was given only 24 hours' notice after our previous removal company let us down. They came out straight away, looked around, and gave my son-in-law a very reasonable price.
Nothing was too much trouble for them.
My daughter had a very large number of boxes, furniture, and garden items. They also dismantled a sofa, bunk beds, a king-size bed, and wardrobes, and safely moved a large fridge freezer, washing machine, and another freezer.
The next day they arrived on time and packed everything into the large truck with great care. They were extremely professional, protecting all items properly.
John and his team never stopped to have a break .
Very highly recommended — I will definitely be using them myself.

Can't speak highly enough of this company. John & Alex arrived promptly on the day of the move & didn't stop until everything was loaded. Same again at the other end. They take so much care of your prized possessions. It made moving so much easier than expected. Jan in the office was the same. Very professional & courteous & helped with any questions we had. Overall, an excellent experience & would definitely use them again

John and his team are just so professional. We have used them three times now and can highly recommend them. They work hard and fast but John's main concern is safety for all and the care for his clients. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them.

Just great !! Moving is stressful but John and his team were fantastic and just made it a bit easier. Did everything they said they would do and more. Were efficient, considerate, respectful, and nothing was too much trouble at all. Used them due to recommendation and would not hesitate to do the same. Dealing with Jan was a pleasure as well.

What a gem of a removal company! Moving my elderly parents was a worry but from the moment we contacted John and Jan we felt totally reassured. The team arrived early on moving day and checked our requirements. Everything was quickly and carefully loaded and unloaded, they took extra care to wrap large items like mirrors and furniture.
