I appreciate on many occasions the business can't control many aspects of the customer experience.
On this occasion, my order was incomplete, I had unpacked the delivery immediately and emailed the business with this information, I sent a further email.
A week later still no response.

Meat was warm and had a lot of moisture in the silver cover..Emailed and got NO REPLY...it is a shame because iv been using them for a long while now ...if seems when it goes wrong they go missing...maybe be not such a Super Sunday !!

For the second time my order has been received with items missing
Promised a phone call back but never received one.

I placed an order with this company for delivery for to day with DPD upon tracking the order with dpd they had mot received the order yet i received an email the day before saying my order was despatched yet it was not sent 4 emails to benitts no reply a few hrs latter I received a call from a lady saying they did not have an item in stock and said they can put something easle in I told them that I did not want that and said I wanted the order cancelled in full and a full refound done this has still not been done and this meat was ment to be taken on holiday with us to day now we have no meat what a disgusting company you are sourt my refound out now do you under stand buyer beware do not order from this company read the reviews 😢

Great meat have recommended , sadly my sirloin steaks missing from bbq pack which was very disappointing I have been advised after a couple of days it will be added to
My next order , I haven’t marked this down as I am

If you want the best quality meat at a reasonable price then Bennetts butchers is where you need to go. I have been a customer for several years and I can not recommend highly enough. Always fresh, delivered on time and exceptional communication.

by the time i got my order deliver all my meat was off tryed texing them 7 times with no replys will not use again would not use

Top quality meat package delivered on time

Watched the you tube video and thought I’d give it a go - meat looked first class.
Delivery arrived as promised…big tick✅.
We ordered Belgian Blue rib eye, superb quality and ate superbly, fillet steak ditto!!
Slow cooked in red wine the 5 for 10 lamb shanks on Sunday and what a taste sensation!!!! Bigger ✅

Dry cured Back bacon - good quality and less water and additives than most bacon. Cooks really well.
Big thumbs up from the family on the quality on what we have cooked and consumed so far.

Have yet to eat the pork tomahawks and lamb chops but quality looks superb and waiting for a nice day for a BBQ.

Would highly recommend !!!!

Good quality especially sausage and bacon, beef joint superb pork loin amazing.

Chose actual joint online , delivered on time , everything else was top notch at very reasonable prices .

The main reason was to find middle back bacon which is not easy to find,so this butcher delivered the goods thanks so much
