I have to say there was no issues with the quality of all the meat that I purchased as it was superb. my gripe is with weights and measures. I ordered amongst other things the chicken breast and Steak deal I should of received 3 x 16oz Rump steaks I received 3 rump steaks total weight 34oz not 48 oz? they informed me that there is a tolerance? 14oz tolerance is not acceptable. I reported this to the shop after a few days they asked would I like a refund or gift card I asked for the gift card as I was going to purchase again as the quality was great. After one week I emailed again asking are they going to send the gift card via email? I am still waiting for a response 4 weeks later. also there is no way a catering butchers should be shorting weight by that much. It would be nice if 3 x 16oz steaks weighed in at 62oz i.e. 14 oz over that's when the butchers get sacked. Gripe over

Great value for the money
We always order our steak from Bennett’s so tried their beef joint again not disappointed excellent flavour and cooked really nice. Would recommend.

I was very happy with my order
I was very happy with my order. I received a call from Bennetts saying that one item was not available and would I like it replaced with something else. I did replace the item and the order arrived as stated. I can't fault it on there part.
My only criticism I had was with DPD. they did not knock and left the order outside my door. Luckily I was watching the tracking and heard a noise at my door. This is the first time it has happened
