Simple, efficient and cheap!

The renewal process was seem less, my premium was less than last year with all the same benefits. Mine was an auto renewal and I was advised of the cost well in advance so I had the choice to look for other options if I needed to.

Helpfull staff and good price

Have used Bennetts for a number of years now. Would not trust anybody else with my motorcycling needs. Always efficient and courteous with competitive prices.

Was advised about a month before renewal and had a look at my policy. Discovered that I wasn't insured for commuting, so tried to change new insurance policy to include commuting but wasn't able to. Ended up having to get a new quote for a multibike policy which was the same cost of the renewal and about £150 cheaper than last year. I have turned off auto-renewal, so I'll probably just ask for a new quote next year instead of faffing about with the renewal.
I will only use Bennetts for my multibike insurance though. They are much better than all the others. I asked for quotes from the comparison sites and a couple of the dedicated motorcycle brokers, but no one came anywhere near the price Bennetts quoted.

Website initially wouldn’t accept its own job position selection on multiple selections. Tried several times before calling. Over the phone it took even longer. The member of staff didn’t seem to understand simple requests about the policy when asked although could find out. Same problem with job titles not being accepted, payment system failed several times. The phone call alone took around an hour to complete. Surprised especially when I used to insure with Bennett’s for several years in the past. I think for next year I will do more research and avoid Bennett’s.

Very good straight forward

Easy enough to get the policy etc but days after still wasn't showing on the portal so tried contacting to ensure things were ok.. Nightmare! Webchat was excruciatingly slow with response, obviously dealing with multiple client simultaneously, a simple task turned into a fiasco but was rectified in the end... Dread the thought of actually needing to make a claim if that was anything to go by.

It helped having someone that spoke good English obviously from the UK and shared our sense of humour. It made me take out the policy over simply going on line to a price comparison site.

Tried to turn off Auto renew but didn't work rang up told it was cancelled and no payment would go out and a glitch in the system but money still went out
