Buying is always easy, price was good. However the test is if you ever need to claim and I hope to hell that I do not have to make a claim. I bet they won’t ask for fees back if I have to make a claim.

Easy online application process
The online application process was very easy e.g. with finding all my bike details from the reg numbers. For multi-bike insurance it was super easy just to add my second bike. Finally, the quote was very reasonable and the cover comprehensive - highly recommended.

Customer pricing
I don't normally have insurance policies on auto renewal as the the price normally goes up without justification. However Bennetts price year on year for renewal has not increased if anything it has gone down without asking and when I have had a query they have been very helpful and resolved the problem.

Great value for money, communication and website.
In a second year with this policy due to renewal being cheaper than previous year. I initially made an error with regards to a previous claim on a car, which they very quickly informed me about. This prevented my insurance being void, so I was very grateful. Price is not quite the cheapest, but you get what you pay for which is how gauge value for money. Simple and informative website. Would recommend, haven’t given five stars due not (and hopefully never having to) making a claim.

the adviser was friendly however
the adviser was friendly however, i am totally disgruntled at not being able to pay monthly. That was the whole reason i came to Bennets. Apparently my bank, which I've used for around 30 years, was not one that your company dealt with and i had to pay the full yearly amount at once.
