I recently called out Ben's Bugs. It turned out that the problem wasn't what I had feared. Leah was so lovely and answered all my questions with knowledge and understanding. They don’t even charge you for a call out fee which is unheard of in this day and age. She has Kept in touch and answered any concerns and questions. I literally cannot recommend this company enough, what a breath of fresh air to deal with not only professionally, but good, honest people who genuinely want to help you. Do not hesitate to use this company. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service from Ben’s Bugs. Arrived quickly and set about finding how rodents were getting into our property. Ben and Leah are very friendly and professional. They kept us informed of each step in the process and communication was very good. Nothing was too much trouble and they assured me that they would address and fix the problem, which they did. I would thoroughly recommend this company, and will use again if I get any pest issues.

First found Ben's Bugs when we needed a wasps nest taken care of in the garden. Highly recommended! Fast, reasonable, and extremely effective. Ben is also extremely knowledgable. Will use again.

For those embarrassing and stressful times when you have 'uninvited visitors' in your home, Ben's Bugs is the number to have on quick-dial on your phone. Ben and Leah have dealt with the two issues I've had in recent years (rodents and birds) in a friendly, efficient and non-judgemental fashion and their solutions have proved effective in both cases - Ben certainly knows his stuff! Although hoping I won't need their services again, they will be my first port of call if I do - highly recommended!

I could not fault Ben and Leah at all! From the start of messaging them about a small concern in the loft Ben was around the next day. Ben was so friendly, proffesional and helpful explaining what he was doing and what was possibily going on. Ben did not rush me at all and listened to all my concerns and spent quaility time with us. Even once the work was done Ben checked up with me and i would never have an issue using this company again! Behind the scenes Leah was always at the end of the phone to text or call when i had a question or just checking up on us!

I never once worried that we were not getting a good service or tests were being done for the sake of it or being overcharged. Would rate higher if i could and like i said would have no issue to reuse if needed!

I called this company as my tenant had bugs in her bed and we assumed likely bed bugs which we were in a bit of a panic about. I called and spoke to Leah who was really practical and didn’t jump to conclusions. She very kindly juggled her diary to pop in the next day, even though she was really busy, and turned out to be booklice which I had never heard of and likely caused by tenant being away with lack of ventilation and heating etc, and a bit of bad luck. Likely chemical treatment won’t be needed and she gave practical advice how to make the space not suitable for them with some simple measures, and said if it persists let them know and they can treat but likely in this case won’t be needed & they won’t survive vacuuming and heating / ventilation/ cleaning. When I called Leah I also called a couple of other pest companies, one said same as Leah needed to visit. Another company that has a huge number of 5 star reviews said from the photos was 100% bed bugs and he wouldn’t need to assess but could treat straightaway with 2 or 3 visits at significant expense and also chemicals you don’t want in your bedroom unless you really need them. So I am really grateful for Leah’s professional, educated and balanced approach. I found Leah and Bens bugs pest control very trustworthy and have saved their number and already passed it to a friend with a pest issue.

I messaged the team on a Sunday, concerned about the amount of wasps that were now making their way into my house. They arrived the very next day, keeping me updated with their ETA and were swift and effective in their work. Would recommend!

Would highly recommend Ben's Bugs. Good communication, able to attend site on same day that I reported the problem, resolved the problem (2 wasp's nests), reasonable charges. What's not to like!

Leah came to my flat the day after I made an enquiry to try to find the source of my bed bugs. Leah was very thorough and after two spray treatments they have gone. The cost for two spray treatments a week apart was clearly set out and was reasonably priced. Leah’s communication was clear and quick. I would highly recommend Ben’s Bugs.

Fantastic service from Ben! Offered to come the same day as I was a bit worried they were so close to the house. The price also includes a return treatment within 7 days but we didn’t need this as they were all gone within hours! Fantastic service and really lovely people.

She was on time friendly and very knowledgeable! Also did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need! I felt comfortable with all the products she used to treat the ant problem I had and two days later they were gone!! Absolutely amazing!!
