It's 5am in the morning, a scream can be heard from the bathroom! The boy says he saw something furry. My source is four years old, but this doesn't stop the rumours quickly spreading around the household, the girls shouting in my eardrums. “Dad it’s back” pls get rid of it”. There was only one man that can sort this, it’s Super Ben. A text is sent off at 7am, with Leah responding promptly promising to call me back soon. A chat with Leah, who is now fully trained to deal with these matters herself, books me in for the next day. As always Ben arrives with a smile, like a friend you’ve been eager to catchup with for a while. A thorough check is completed by Ben, who gives us the all clear. Ben & Leah are professional, friendly and experts in their field. If you hear or see something strange, who you gonna call? Bens Bugs!

Prompt communication, very friendly over the phone and in person. Came quickly to assess the issue (an abandoned bird nest in the loft and bird mites as a result) and discuss potential solutions. Quote was fair and the job was scheduled quickly and carried out thoroughly- will certainly use Bens Bugs again (if the need arises!)

Ben is very knowledgeable and helpful. He managed to eradicate the mouse in the house. Very professional and reasonably priced

Ben's Bugs are like the fourth emergency service. I panicked when I saw mouse dropping and realised I had mice - but I had no need to worry as Ben's Bugs saw we the same day and sorted out the problem quickly and gor a great price and I used their fabulous clean up service to ensure my kitchen was totally disinfected. A few weeks later I had these weird mounds of brown stuff, I sent picture to Ben and he quickly advised it was ant debris. Again same day excellent service. So rather than panic if any critters are in my property I now know just to call Ben. Fast and effective service.

Ben and Leah were fantastic in helping me get rid of the pesky pigeons that decided to take up residence in my loft! The company did a fantastic job in getting everything pigeon related cleaned up in the loft and did a great job of cleaning up everywhere as they went along, would highly recommend them every time. 😊

Ben and Leah are absolutely fantastic. Not only are they professional and knowledgable but they are also really lovely people. They rearranged their schedules to help when I was distraught about finding bed bugs and were happy to offer help and advice whenever needed. They go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. They successfully eradicated the problem and couldn’t have done more to help.

Within a few hours of being contacted about a Wasps nest at our property Ben arrived and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently.

Ben and Leah fantastic right from first contact. Came out really quickly to confirm we had dreaded bed bugs, which were also in our settee and chairs and behind skirting. First fumigation really successful then follow up fumigation got the last of the little critters. Came back 4 weeks later to double check and leave traps just in case, further 4 weeks on and critter free. Cannot praise them enough for their professional and friendly behaviour. Would highly recommend them. Quote was amazingly good value and much better than I anticipated. Thankyou Jan Barker

Used Bens bugs a few times, a few times for an issue with rats at the industrial estate for our workplace and also for a wasps nest at home. Both times Ben arrived the same day and dealt with the issues professionally and swiftly without any disturbance to us.

Fantastic Service provided by Ben and Leah. If you have a problem with any kind of pest then these are the guys to use. Brilliant communication , explain everything step by step , do a fabulous job and go over and above to make sure all problems are sorted. Nothing seems to much trouble. Cannot recommend higly enough , sorted out our squirrel problem with minmum fuss and disruption.

Ben has been so helpful in sorting a wasp nest in our roof. Not the easiest problem to solve and Ben had to spray a few time for us. He followed up with us after each treatment of the nest and has been so helpful throughout. I would highly recommend his services.

We received friendly tailored service for our rat problem, which has thankfully now been taken care of. It’s clear their team has a deep and comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of pests and how to deal with them, and considers every approach when deciding how best to tackle a problem. They made an active effort to find us the most cost effective solutions without sacrificing effectiveness, gave advice for how we could prevent reoccurrence, and as a local firm were able to make ad hoc visits to check traps and so on. I can’t say enough good stuff about them!

Wasp nest in a hole on the out side of the house, Ben and Leah are a dream team! Very trustworthy people. Ben was round the same day and treated the wasp nest. Can’t fault his work, very pleasant man. Very fair price too. Totally recommend these guys! As someone that suffers with anxiety they put me at ease!

What a great service from friendly people. We had a wasps nest in our garden wall. Called Bens Bugs and they came round the very next morning at exactly the time they said they would. Ben was incredibly knowledgeable and was kind enough to explain how the process worked when I asked, as I was upset about having to get rid of the nest. I also spoke with Leah on the phone a couple of times and she was really helpful and friendly too. Wasps were gone in a matter of hours. Excellent service and excellent value. I would definitely recommend.
