Nightmare! Why does a fridge breakdown during a heatwave? Anyway found Ben online and rang him. Brilliant service on call out. Came same day. Unfortunately fridge/freezer not repairable. That’s when real service kicked in. Our fridge/freezer is not standard size and has kitchen units designed around it so needed another the same size and quickly. Ben sourced a replacement perfect size plus loaned us a fridge whilst waiting for replacement. Would highly recommended this company

Easy to phone and book an appointment, if you can not book online for any reason. Engineer turned up on time, within 4 hour slot, with a text in advance to say he was on the way.
Job diagnosed and repaired - all good.

Quick response to initial enquiry, quick appointment booked that was kept to, great communication throughout, explained the problem, price was exactly as stated.
Returned with new part at my convenience, replaced part quickly and efficiently, fully tested the appliance, left kitchen as they found it.

Engineer was polite, knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the issue with my fridge freezer perfectly. He cleared up and made sure everything was back the way he found it. Overall a perfect job! Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again
