I bought what i recall was called prostate power. It did nothing. I wrote a review. Bens called and said i needed the total health for it to work over 3 months which cost me over £150. They gave me a money back guarantee. After 3 months it didnt make any difference at all. They refused to pay me back anything. I wish i had never come across them, they cost me £200, made no difference and left me feeling a bit foolish.

After purchasing the Prostate Health Program for $200+ dollars, I received all 3 parts just thrown into a DHL plastic bag, no display or setup carton like their ad shows. OK, I moved on. Then I check the dates of the products to make sure nothing is expired, and I notice Ben's uses "Dates of Manufacturer/DOM", not expiration dates as more popular. Problem is the Prostate Healer Tincture mas manufactured over 1 year ago and I was just receiving it! Immediately I emailed Customer Support (if you can call it that?!) and was rebuffed that that was the "freshest" they had in their warehouse. Very disappointed in the attitude of the Company as they market strong, only to falter on obvious and legitimate product concerns from a paying customer. I have no idea if this will work, I will give it the 90 days, but I am not impressed at all in the manner the items were shipped, date of manufacturer and their lame responses. This UK based Company seems to not care at all. Remember, first impressions go a long way and the marketing presentations do not meet the products you receive, again just thrown into a plastic bag and shipped!

I have been taking Total Prostate Health for 6 weeks now and see no improvement whatsoever. Clearly works for some people, but so far not me. The book though was excellent and would recommend that.

great product, have been taking since about 2012. if you have tried other products that did not help try this one.

I was encourage by the team here that this works after buying the book it sounded legitimate , I could not take the Flomax the doctor prescribed so I looked into this product after 3 big bottles of take it with little bit left I had my follow up to day with my urologist and nothing has changed ,still have an enlarge prostate and a newly full bladder still and sex life sucks. now they need to do a scope and see if they can cut away some blockage of tissue, Fake Product and very disappointed.

Premature to be able to properly review this product

With the help of Ben's Natural Health products, such as Total Prostate Health and Prostate Power, and with Ben's Natural Health consultants, in five months I was able successfully to wean myself off the year-long, nasty, harmful prescription drugs my urologist gave to me for my BPH (Finasteride and Flomax) and then to experience what feels like a regular, normal prostate and bladder, getting up in the middle of the night only once to go to the bathroom, and sometimes not at all. This was my goal in first purchasing Ben's Natural Health, and now having reached my goal, I will continue with Ben's Natural Health products for maintenance for the rest of my life. This was the scariest thing I've done in my senior years -- going up against traditional medicine -- but it's been the most satisfying thing I've done as well since I chose natural medicine over Big Pharma, and it couldn't have been accomplished without Ben's Natural Health's excellent products and its experienced consultants.

I was taking Flomax and had bad side affects. Learned about Ben's Total Health from his video. I ordered his book and read it, then gave it to my primary care doctor. She agreed with every word. I have been taking the product for several months and highly recomend it. Sleeping straight through the night - maybe getting up once to pee. I'm
68 with a history of enlarged prostrate, but now no problem peeing.

Wow! Purchased a 3-pack of "Total Health for the Prostate" a little over a month ago, and nearly halfway through the first bottle, nightime bathroom trips dropped to only once per night max! Sometimes never! Also purchased the book, and am now working on a diet change. Totally recommend these products!

As a background, I am a PhD scientist and look at data in this way.
My PSA level has progressively climbed from [2.0 in June 2017] to [2.8 in June 2018], ... to [4.9 in December 2022]. I have been drinking 2-3 glasses of red wine, 1/2 gallon of milk, and 4-5 cups of coffee per day. Other than that healthy diet. I like sports, in particular mountain biking. Reading Ben's natural health advice I make a number of changes to my diet in Christmas 2021: I started taking Ben's Prostate Health Program, stopped 100% with the red wine realizing I was drinking to much, cut out all the dairy milk, moved to decaffeinated coffee, and switched to a low carb and reasonably low sugar intake green diet. At first it was a challenge, especially at night. However I picked up on some Korean ginger tea and am enjoying the new diet in fact. I dropped weight from about 200 lb to 175 lb and taking another PSA test the result came out to [2.3, about the 2017] value. I feel physically all the better and have more power mountain biking. My conjecture is that with age one's metabolism drops, which appears to be correlated with the gradual increase in my PSA level over the past 5 years. Taking on a healthier diet and Ben's Prostate Health Program really seem to have helped things. Now this is only one data point, so I will stay on my above mentioned rigorous diet and Ben's Prostate Health Program and retake the PSA test in about 6 month.... Hope this is of help to others. I suspect it will as we are all genetically linked.

I sent the book and i have received refund

I purchased the "All about Prostate" book and Total health advanced for the prostate supplement. I found the book informative but I noted there were conflicting statements in it regarding the effects of testosterone, DHT and estrogen. At the end of the book it devotes some pages to how helpful and responsive their support system is saying they respond quickly to any questions, usually within 24 hours and often times the author will respond. I sent them an email regarding the conflicting statements I had noted. I got an automated response within minutes saying someone would get back to me but no actual response to date (It has been 2 months). I suspect that if your support query is not going to lead to them selling you a product they don't bother to respond.

At the time I also purchased Total Health advanced for the prostate. To be fair, I only purchased a one month supply but after consuming the entire bottle I did not see any improvement. I believe they claim you need to take at least three months to see results. The issue with that is at $130 a bottle it is cost prohibitive to continue that for the rest of my life.

My last concern was that as soon I purchased from them I was barraged with marketing e-mails on a daily basis.

All in all the book was informative but somewhat confusing due to conflicting statements. Also it contains a lot of marketing material about their products. I only tried the one product but found it much too expensive to continue for a lifetime.

Product, total health for the prostate, hasn't really done much for me. almost two months and no change in flow rate. PSA check will me next month. We shall see
