The products as a complete package are costly particularly when factoring in the exchange rate. It may still be too early to know whether the products are working as I have only been using them for 1 month but at this stage I have not noticed any benefits.

I gone thru you book
I gone thru you book. I would say everybody should have it and read it for
all kind of Prostate problems and concerns. It covered every bit of Prostate; that too in detail. My urologist reminds me of my elevated PSA which was 4.6
last year, and 4.4 this year. After reading you book, I got many good points
about PSA and Prostate health.

I am getting up 2 times per night at the most...sometimes just once. It used to be 3 or 4 times a night! Very satisfied.

I have been taking the prostate total health product for 2 1/2 months but I did not any improvement of prostate psa.

I have started taking the Total Health capsules
On 4/07. Taking 6 capsules a day.
I am doing well.
I thimk it is too early to notice significant change.
I will let you know in a month or do how I am
doing. I had a hihh PSA at 10.
Looking for that to come down.

This has really helped reduce my…Bathroom trips....
This has really helped reduce my bathroom trips, back pain, and bladder emptying. my doctor put me on Finasteride 5mg. to reduce the size of my prostrate and lower my psa. my doctor told me to keep taking Ben's suppliments because they are working for me. when my numbers come into safe range, I will stop the perscription.
