Recently purchased a book on-line from Ben's Natural Health. Promptly received the book; surprised by its size - larger than expected.

Only issue was during the checkout at the submit/confirm order, the next page was blank and I received no confirmation at that time that the order was completed. I did, however, receive an email a few minutes later with the purchase and confirmation information. Maybe was just a glitch in the system at the moment I placed my order.

Your emails constantly say that you care about your readers and subscribers. Yet your performance seems to indicate that you are only interested in sales.

I have repeatedly written you and asked that you NOT send me any weight loss articles. I am trying to gain weight and increase my energy. I believe I have made that VERY clear and yet you ignore me. I haven't ordered anything recently. What I did do, was to reach out to you and ask if a particular product might be beneficial to me. Your service center wrote me back and asked what I had ordered. I wrote back that I hadn't ordered anything and I wanted information. And then you sent me this request for a review.

The book I purchased from you I am enjoying. Because of the wealth of information, it's taking me awhile to read through it and digest it (no pun intended). Everyone has different metabolisms so I can use some but not all of the information. I have implemented a few items into my daily regimen but haven't gotten fully through the book yet. I do not need any more supplements because I'm already using supplements that work and work really well.

Your book is too long &extremely repetitive. If all you wanted to do was to sell your pills, you should just get to the point, state your facts as you see them and close the sale.

I needed help with a prostate decision and got it. I ordered 3 month's worth of prostate help and he even ordered it for me. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy something or to do such and such. So far very satisfied. Rufus was knowledgeable and helpful. Diane gave some good nutrition advice.
