Ignored all my repeat messages, no way of calling the company as they don't have a customer service number. Ignored when attempted to message via Instagram.

The amount of rubbing this requires to get a brief glimpse of the photo was enough to create a camp fire. Better quality items on Skegness market for £1. Proper tacky waste of money and wouldn’t embarrass myself to hand over as a gift for a bereaved recipient.

Wish I’d read all these reviews before ordering. Ordered nov 23, shipped 26 and yet didn’t arrive until today. Chased all day yesterday only to get standard email responses that didn’t even address issue. Then item eventually arrived today and, you guessed it, tiny tinny awful looking thing that might have been salvaged if you could tell it was a custom decoration but I seriously doubt it is! Random blue blob only about 3mm in diameter and absolutely no chance of viewing any image on there. Pretty sure it’s just a £2 decoration being sold at 10 times the price and the business will disappear after Xmas.

Item never arrived and company no longer replying to messages.
EDIT after numerous amounts of emails/social media messages and no reply, my item arrived. Not sure that it’s worth the amount paid.

Terrible product, can’t see the photo. Absolute rip off! Profiting from people’s grief. Outrageous! Do not buy from this company.

The company didn't deliver my item until 21 days after ordering but it arrived in the end, this is a tiny issue in comparison however to the actual item delivered.

The item seemed expensive but as it's for a bereavement gift I wanted it to be special.

The item arrived and looks very cheap, it's smaller than in the video and advert and you can not tell what the photo is, not even after us straining our eyes. Seriously my right eye is now sore trying to view the picture.

I would only recommend to not buy this item. It's a great idea but I feel completely ripped off having received very poor example of what was advertised and is still being sold.

Although they offer help to resolve the matter, so the consumer loses out. This needs investigation.

Very poor product (couldn’t see the photo at all). Awful customer service, wrote and explained, asked for a return and refund, clearly communicating with a robot, questions not answered, just random questions fired at me one by one in single emails until I gave up (guess that’s what they want). Be warned.

My order should’ve been delivered 2 weeks ago but it hasn’t even been dispatched. They stopped replying to emails so I haven’t even received a refund yet, I’ll update if I do.

A friend bought me a bracelet as a gift after my father passed away this year, the gem fell out after a few months and I've just contacted them about it, same story as everyone else here, they say it's past the 100 day exchange and refund policy date. This proxy t should last more than 100 days!

A friend whom I bought one for has said the same thing happened where the bracelet broke. Poor quality and poor customer service in relation to the quality. It seems they know it's not going to last ! Not much of a keepsake. DO NOT BUY.

Very easy to order and it came in great quality.

My wife adores it after she saw the picture of our lovely pup inside the bracelet. Very underrated product idea.

This is already my second order. I don't mind wearing 2 bracelets with photos of each of my fur babies. I always miss them whenever I go on trips.

The bracelet broke (the picture bead fell out and is lost) after only a few weeks. An overly expensive product that is not well made or long lasting.

I have put one as zero isn’t an option
I received a gift for Christmas of a bracelet with photo in of my parents that are no longer with me. The bracelet has broken after very little wear and I have contacted benitor re this and have been told as it’s out of the 100 day exchange nothing can be done do not buy customer service is zero

Purchased a bracelet with pendant, only lasted 3 months and the pendant dropped out and now lost forever. Contacted the suppliers and no refund or replacement. Please don't waste your money like we did.

Ordered ages ago they put it through Royal Mail tracking I chased as this was 48hr tracking but was not passed over for 2 weeks to Royal Mail after I asked them to cancel my order and requested a refund due to the time scale. I can’t see anything at all, it doesn’t work and is more like a crescent moon. They have been reported to trading standards and I have also requested a return from the bank because they refused to get back to me. I now keep getting an email that they require photos of fault to send a refund. They don’t seem to understand that I am not wasting my time with that especially since trading standards have already been informed. Absolute disgusting disgraceful behaviour from any company.

Don’t waste your money. I never leave reviews but feel this company is a scam. Awful quality of photo which fell out after a few weeks. The lead time from order sale to delivery was also 6 weeks! When I contacted the seller I got a curt response that I’d missed the 100 day warranty which seems short but reflective of how long they expect their product to last. Coupled with the long delivery time, it seems such a scam. Very disappointed as this was a 40th birthday present for my sister after our mum passed away. Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing.
