Absolutely crap jewellery. I bought a bracelet for my mom as a christmas gift, with a photo of my son inside it. It barely lasted a few months before the bead fell out somewhere. They won't do anything because it's been over 100 days since the purchase so I completely wasted over £30 on a cheap bracelet that wont even last 6 months.

I have had two bracelets. The first was for my Birthday in December and it broke within a week. I had it repaired at a jewellers and it broke again after only a few days. Again I had it repaired and it broke again but it was lost. I bought a second one a few weeks ago and the stone inside is missing. I am very unhappy and I have tried emailing the company but it appears the website is not working. I shall keep trying but I'm absolutely fed up!!

I have since heard from Bentior and they have been very accommodating and are sending out another bracelet. So I will change my initial star rating to a three star based on Customer Service although it may change again depending on the quality.

Do not order from this company. Ordered my wife a bracelet for her bday which is Xmas day. It arrived in 11th December. It snapped while her putting it on which was possibly the 10th time she wore it a couple weeks ago and I only managed to send an email to enquire about replacement today and they have responded that it’s out of the 100 day exchange/refund window which may be the case but they should be understanding that orders are done earlier before a birthday so it arrives in time especially during busy delivery period.

Will never order from here again. Should have read the reviews prior from ordering this company.

I ordered 2 bracelets as Christmas presents which I was really happy with. Unfortunately one of the bracelets snapped so I contacted the company and their customer service has been amazing. They gave me options on a replacement and could not apologise enough. I would definitely recommend and will be ordering from them again in the future.

Bought the couples necklace from this company the chain broke very easily they replaced it for another which then broke again sadly won't be returning shopping here

Just received my bracelet, the viewing glass is smaller than I expected but I have no complaints with it.
It does what it says it will do. Hold it against a light coloured background when looking into it to see the photo/picture and all will be clearer.

Received product, in January and it was faulty. Contacted customer services, sent evidence and was told a replacement would be sent, chased after a few weeks and told the same, chased again a few weeks later as still not received. Told them I would leave negative reviews, left one on Facebook and it has been deleted and I can no longer leave comments. I have been patient but now just want my money back. I will take this further if necessary. Would not use again or recommend.

SENT OUT A FAULTY ITEM, PROMISH OF A NEW ONE TO BE SENT 5 WEEKS LATER STILL NO SIGN OF IS, DISPITE PROMISH AND ROYAL MAIL SAYING THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR MY PARCEL, THEY THEN GO ON TO IGNOR EMAILS TO THEM ASKING FOR UPADATES, THINK THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SEWRVICE AND ONLY RESPOND WITH THE SAME STOCK ANSWER ALL THE TIME NOONE PERSONALLY ANSWERS YOU. DONT GET CAUGHT...BUY ELSEWHERE..

DO NOT BUY!!!! I bought my mum a bracelet for Christmas and this was faulty. This was replaced twice and still faulty!!! BENTIOR are ignoring all of my messages! So sad as the idea of this gift is amazing! The team at BENTIOR are disgraceful. Do not buy as you will be disappointed!

Just purchased 2 memory bracelets when eventually I received them, only 1 person in the picture, not the 3 I asked for. A black hair embedded in both bracelets! I complained only to be advised I sent the picture of 1 person! No mention on the hairs, they did not want to know! This was a gift for a mother and daughter as the daughter is emigrating! Back and forth with complaint, to be told they are not going to do anything and I cannot have my money back! So their 100 day guarantee if not satisfied is a load of baloney! Keep well away from this Co do not waste your money! The idea is good but the produce and service I received is not worth 1 star!

I'm glad I didnt read the reviews first. I am thrilled with the bracelet and the box it came in. Lovely pressie for my daughter in law.

Disgusting service, clearly a part missing as per pic I sent with the measurements of the tape measure.
A waste of my £25 and the memory of my mum who I lost.

Really wish I’d read reviews before parting with my money!! Ordered 2 bracelets before Christmas and received a Royal Mail tracking number but Royal Mail haven’t received them! Several e mails sent and I get the occasional reply but then nothing! I’ve tried putting a post on facebook but it’s ignored. Awful company and customer service. You’re very lucky if you’ve received a bracelet from them.

This company are a total scam, I’m no so annoyed with myself for not reading the reviews first. They tried to tell me the item had been delivered to my home address, and for me to check with my neighbours when the delivered address on their tracking was in America!!! Not the UK..

Only one star because I cannot leave it blank. Avoid at all costs…. My bracelets never arrived and they blamed the postal service! I have sent over 20 emails and IF they get back they just say it’s not their problem. No refund given and no bracelets!!!!

Purchased the memory bracelet for my mum for Christmas and unfortunately the bracelet broke on Christmas day. However, I messaged the company and the said they'd send a replacement, no problem at all. I asked if I could get a necklace as a replacement instead (would have preferred a necklace but didn't see them when originally ordering) and received a full replacement today - necklace with a new photo charm on it. Was only expecting the necklace. Took a wee while to arrive but cannot fault their customer service!

I wish I had read the reviews before I brought two bracelets that never arrived. I contacted Bentior to get some information as it had been a month. I had asked for a refund as the bracelets were a Christmas gifts for relatives we dont see often so are now pointless. I still haven't even received the bracelets. Looks like they are a scam!

Daughter had her bracelet today, picture is clear and projects onto the wall I’m yet to see how good the quality of the actual bracelet bit is but so far v happy
