Don't waste your money. Took weeks to arrive, if it was worth the wait I'd be happy but it wasn't. Picture really hard to see and the bracelet broke as soon as my daughter put it on. Also its huge so would likely fall off anyway. Had high hopes for this as stupidly only checked the reviews on Facebook which were good, but was left disappointed.

I ordered my bracelet on 14th of December and I received today 27th. Luckily I am not seeing my friend until the new year. I was impressed with the quality of this product and I also popped my torch on the wall and see the beautiful photo appear.

Absolutely terrible- Brought this bracelet as a present for my mum. This product came damaged as well as the photo inside being terrible quality, we were unable to distinguish who the image was even of. After emailing the customer service team I am still waiting for a response. Avoid this company

One star is too much…AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I paid for a bracelet on 3/12 and was told it would be dispatched in 3-5 days and I would get a tracking number and to allow up to 14 days for delivery as it’s a busy time which is fine, however after 3 weeks I still hadn’t received a tracking number or my bracelet I emailed and got robotic, automated responses from ‘Carol’ each time who always said ‘I’ll look in to this for you’ and never got back to me, i randomly got a tracking number by email which said it had been dispatched on 2/12 (not sure how the preempted my bank detail and the photo I wanted before I’d ever placed the order!) I finally received the pile of s**t today and it’s such poor quality, broken and the photo is wonky and unclear which is the whole point of the item!!!
Judging by the customer service so far I probably won’t bother contacting Bentoir about this as they so obviously don’t care. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS, AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

My wife got me one made for Christmas. We lost my Dad recently, and now he is around my wrist . Tried the torch and projection onto the ceiling, not actually expecting it to work, and OMG it did. There was my Dad smiling at me from the ceiling.

Royal mail says company sent item to them on 10/12/23 and as of 22/12/23 royal mail still waiting for it, tried to contact the company with no response if not arrived in the next 2 days will be reporting and requesting refund, overall absolutely awful customer service and even worse at arranging deliveries

I have received a broken bracelet, I have emailed twice and the generic email response says they will come back to me within 24 hours and 4 days later and still no response. I brought this as a christmas present and it looks like I am not going to receive a replacement in time. Very disappointed and won’t be using them again.

Ordered a rose gold bracelet after the loss of my dad for my daughter … came and it’s hideous nothing like the picture it’s more brass ! I wouldn’t insult my dad’s memory u can hardly see the picture and most certainly is t worth what I paid !
This company should be ashamed of them selves people buy these like I did after the loss of a loved one !!! Avoid at all costs !

So poor. Ordered a Christmas present and still not here, they didn’t put house number on the address so had to phone Royal Mail as they requested as it was marked as delivered but with the address incorrect Royal Mail had to return back to sender. Bentoir are refusing to replace and haven’t replied to my refund request, in fact no contact for the last 6 days. So god knows if I’ll ever get it, if so definitely not in time for Christmas. Out of pocket and no jewellery.

I ordered two of these and although Bentior are saying they were delivered they never arrived ! They are now ignoring my emails and I am £47 out of pocket!!!
I would not order from this company!!!

I read the reviews after I bought this and was very worried as it is a present for my mum. I do admit it took 3-4 weeks to arrive but when it did it was beautiful and perfect for her! I do not believe the other comments saying its a scam etc because...well i got mine without an issue. One thing to be aware of though as it did frighten me after seeing the reviews, i got a royal mail tracking number on 28th November but it wasn't posted until 10th December but it did get here and is amazing quality!

Received beautiful bracelet with a photo of my grandparents (both passed) arrived 2 weeks after ordering beautifully packaged picture is perfect. Thought I'd put a review up as saw so many negatives ones. Will deffo order again.

I emailed this company and I got a reply with in 48 hours.

Very helpful
I explained what had happened
They asked for a photo
And said they would replace it.
I asked for a different chain, and today I received my new bracelet!
They have been straightforward and very helpful!

Zero stars, automated email replies. I ordered a pendent for my mum, a picture of her and my brother who sadly died in November. They didnt look at the full picture and only put the bottom of of his face on. Very upsetting, I cant give this to my mum. I will he complaining to paypal. Do not use this company, absolute shower of s***e

I would have given zero stars if I could. What a shower of crap this company are. Waited 3 wks for delivery. When it came it is supposed to be a rose gold colour and it looks like brass. It’s awful cheap and nasty looking. Was for a present for my mum wouldn’t insult her by giving it to her. After numerous emails they are choosing to ignore me so going to complain and claim money back through PayPal. I wouldn’t pay £5 for the bracelet never mind the £30 odd I paid. DO NOT ORDER FEOM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RUBBISH.

A string of auto generated emails all saying the right thing about delivery but in reality item never shows up. Now ignoring all emails.
Steer clear of this mob you will be scammed.

NO STARS ! Bracelet arrived but image is too big in the glass therefore you cannot see anything, other than the eye of the person in the image! Not good at all. So they clearly don’t zoom out to ensure the image is as it should be on their advertisement!! Etsy should take them off as a supplier! as the bracelet was a gift and it cannot be gifted!! SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE

No sign of the bracelet I ordered. They emailed to say it was on its way with Royal Mail with 48hr delivery but no sign of it a week later and no tracking information other than the seller said they would be sending this. Having already wasted my time contacting customer service once I won't bother again, chalking this up to a loss and a lesson never to buy from a target ad again! Hopefully people read these reviews before falling for this company!
As a side, if you do decide to roder as a gift as I did there is no option to add this or include a message so now this is just going to arrive with the person who will have no clue, that's if it ever actually arrives 🙈
