Bentley's Garden Buildings Reviews 

It saddens me to write a poor review as initially we were very happy with Bentleys Garden Buildings and looked at reviews before we bought from them. unfortunately we were left feeling disappointed. We ordered a small Lugarde cabin on 1st August. It was eventually delivered and installed by Bentleys on 31st December. A door was damaged and this was replaced a month later. Our main complaint is the poor exterior finish to the paint work which we paid an additional £700. Helpful feedback for Bentleys is that they need to improve their communication ( it was always us emailing for information or update), to advise customers that they will need to paint a Lugarde cabin themselves even if they pay for it to be painted, if a finish comparable to the publicity materials is to be achieved. In Bentleys favour, after we complained, Bentleys did deliver us a tin of paint and the men who installed the cabin were efficient and professional.

Really happy with the quality of my new shed. The guys who came out to build it were particularly accommodating and did a fantastic job. After sales were helpful and met my needs. Would use again. Thank you.

Fantastic shed, ordered a 14x8 workshop and I absolutely love it, made my own man cave in the garden.

Came around 16 week from when I ordered it and it was most definitely worth the wait.

Great customer service
Over the moon with the summerhouse, really really loverly.
Took a little longer then expected but we are in a pandemic so to be expected.
Will be ordering again next time I move

Consumers please be aware of their illegal contracts they will make you sign a contract to supply goods, start making them then refuse to install and then then they can cancel the contract but your still liable for the whole price, even if they cancel. They are very dodgy indeed

The owner is a BULLY and you need to be very careful after sales are a disgrace, once they have your money they dont want to know.

Dont buy if you have any respect for your money or integrity as they will deny you a service and also charge for it, then the owner bullies, and intimidates the consumer, he states he is the law.

however the sales staff are quite accommodating, until you complain - then be warned as the Bully arrives.

I ordered a summer house for £4600 and was promised my Tim a delivery time of 8-9 weeks with a maximum of 10 weeks after numerous calls to Bentleys to no avail I called the manufacturer who informed me the delivery time was 18 weeks and that Bentleys knew this but failed to be honest with delivery times.
Summer house has now been delivered and erected only for me to find I cannot shut the door which is to a very poor standard for the price paid

Thought that all the staff were very knowledgeable on the products available, had been speaking to James hes is a wealth of ideas, thing that I had never considered before!

He came out to my out not my property within a week of coming in the the show ground he had such good idea that’s I had never had consider before .

A first class product and first class service.

For service I would happily give 5 stars because the staff are friendly , helpful , polite and knowledgeable. Initially I was delighted with the shed but even after treating it (as instructed) it went mouldy on all outer panels and was eventually taken down and completely replaced , sadly this shed too has gone mouldy on all outer panels not a happy bunny. I’m not on my own with this a lady who lives on the same street has the same problem. Sorry for bad review but just given an honest unbiased opinion of the shed itself.

I am very pleased with the Workshop itself – the construction is first class and its appearance is great. I have now fitted it out with benches, storage units and shelving and have already made good use of the facilities. I was a little worried (before it arrived) that it would be too big for the garden – but it actually enhances the garden.
With regard to its installation: The two men who installed the wooden base were brilliant as were the two who erected the workshop. They arrived when they said they would and completed the tasks efficiently and without causing any issues with regard to garden lawns etc. I would highly recommend your company to anyone.
My only recommendation is that the opening windows are made more secure by installing a bolt (on the handle side) at the bottom. I soon realised that a burglar could easily lever my window open from the bottom corner – so I installed a bolt myself.

Sturdy shed with good locks and ironmongery. Very prompt service, and quick assembly. - arrived at about 7.45 done & gone by 9am! Brilliant. Would definitely recommend Bentleys.
