In Jan this year our 20 year old Beko Dish Whasher finally broke down and died, so it was time for my wife and to get a new one.
We shopped around on the internet like do to get the best deal and we were pleasantly surprised Bentley Walker come up the best deal by far ( free delivery and free recycle old one ) also they actually had the Beko Dish Whasher we wanted displayed in the shop so no packing to get rid of also.
Within in 2 days 2 friendly helpful engineers came and installed the new one and took away the old one.
Brilliant customer service from start to finish and the best deal by far on the internet 👍

Brilliant service again. Broke my TV, phoned up and they had a huge range, in stock, and competitive pricing. I had fixed the issue within 10 mins and a quick drive to the store and all done :) Really happy and so glad they are there! Would not use anyone else now. x

Really helpful friendly staff helped me choose the right washing machine for me. Despite difficulties with my old machines hook up it was removed and my new Bosch installed. Price comparison was favourable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bentley Walker

Living in a remote rural area and too far from a telephone exchange for BT internet support, I relied on satellite connection to the internet for many years. When Q-Sat ceased operation, Bentley Walker provided my internet connection, initially satellite but more recently 4G, and, on the few occasions I have had a problem, the response has been swift and efficient. A few days ago I lost my both my mobile ‘phone and internet connection which came via a 4g mast less than a mile from my home. I was told that a fault on the mast was on record and that such faults were usually resolved speedily. Three long days later the fault had not been rectified and there was still no connection and I was having to travel several miles to make a telephone call. Thanks to the wonderful help from Gary (who must have become fed up with my frequent calls for assistance) and Lewis, a new source was found and, with the help of a new router, a speedier and better service has been provided. Today my my husband and l visited Bentley Walker to buy a sandwich toaster which we did, my husband also bought a new smart tv because Bentley Walker had such a large range and our old one was on its last legs. As usual we had a first class service from the very pleasant assistant to the lovely ladies behind the counter. Bentley Walker really is a fabulous shop and the place to go if you need electrical goods, we highly recommend them.

Bentley Walker became my service provider many years ago. I live in a rural area where there Broadband was not available.Q-Sat installed satellite broadband and ran it for a few years. Q-Sat withdrew their operation and Bentley Walker took over some 12 years ago. The service ran smoothly for the first seven or eight years. Then the service started to falter and I had trouble getting into the Internet. When I rang B-W I found the Technicians were most helpful and understanding. They made every effort to locate the problem and had my Internet running again.Recently my Modem gave trouble by not opening the Internet and They advised me to have an update of equipment. This suggested it would be costly to do so and I looked for an alternative provider. B-W fully understood my choice and released me from my contract.
In all my dealings I found all Staff, from Office to Technical Department, always courteous, helpful and patient. I appreciate the pleasant experience I have had with B-W. and would strongly recommend the company as a service provider. I live in Donegal and value the service I got when there was little support for satellite broadband at that time.

So relieved to be connected to a new satellite broadband that is so far really seeming to be the best service I've been ever able to get here in my very remote situation. The Team helping me get connected has been been second to none, as has the very helpful service provided in accounts. I'm particularly grateful to Richard who has been so helpful in getting me connected to this new satellite broadband service and despite a minor part glitch that he he is kindly still helping to follow up as the part out of the kit does still need replacement. Also very grateful to Neil who has helped with that and by also liaising with another agency due to a scheme that could help provide installation costs support, and also very grateful to Kevin who kindly helped get the workaround in place on installation day so the service could still get up and running as planned - and on the correct day! The department that helped get my new service installed really is an excellent and very fine example of teamwork at it's best - many thanks!

We would highly recommend Bentley Walker and their partner Sat-Works. Following the loss of our internet service due to Storm Francis, both Billy and Julie did their utmost to ensure an engineer would arrive to restore our service. Within 48 hours, as they promised, we are back online. Other providers should follow this example. Our sincere thanks to you. So refreshing to find a company that functions and staff who are so understanding and supportive.

I used to use big blue for my satellite who let me down many times. I have found bentley walker to be very helpful and particular mention to tom Peddle who went out of his way to help me with a static IP change recently.
