Love everything about the card but the time it takes to get funds.

Great way to control expenses. Friendly and efficient customer service.

Using Bento has allowed our construction and maintenance company to save time and money dealing with reimbursement checks and material purchases. Love that we can control spend limits and categories for each card and change on the fly as needed. They are constantly adding new features and improvements to save book keeping time as well. Highly recommend.

Love the service and customer support is great

Only issue, or rather preference I have is that they allow to select other reload dates than 1st and 15th that are monthly

Perhaps have a date every 7 days, (i.e 1, 8, 16, 23)

Can't log in to my account with the correct password. Tried re-setting passwords multiple times and get error message. Used live chat support only to be told by the agent that "we are out of the office right now". Why have a chat feature turned on only to have the agent tell you that they're "out of the office" after saying "how many I assist you today?"l. We have the cards set to be used at gas stations and home improvement stores and have repeatedly been declined at both for small purchases well below the balance.

Wonderful service. The features are thorough and the system is easy to use. Great job on design and execution. The only reason 4 versus 5 is the relatively slow money load time. 3 business days is just too slow in todays marketplace...I’d be willing to pay a fee for PayPal or credit card instant loads but wire transfers (which is the only “fast” option) are old school and way too cumbersome. This service would be more competive with faster load times. They are clearly holding the funds an extra day. Most of our similar employee finances is done by just getting different bank accounts and setting debit card controls. Most serious competitors have 1 business day ACH loads at this point and soon ACH will be same day (e.g. PayPal, Prepaid cards, etc. ).

Works like it's supposed to, but the price is too high for multiple cards.

I always hold back giving product reviews until I've used the product long enough to ensure it functions as advertised and I haven't found any bugs. And in the case of Bento, works perfectly!

It'd be nice to be able to initiate fund transfers on the go. Would be nice if the money moved a bit faster, but otherwise it'd nice

Great service. Easy access online and always available.

Everything has worked fine for us. We have foreign (Germany) volunteers working for us. We are only allowed to provide $400 per mo per diem...no salary. We issue each volunteer a card with a $400 limit per month. This allows us to easily provide the per diem without having to hand out cash (they do not have bank accounts as they are non-citizens) and they don't need to carry around cash. Bento also provides reports so I can easily track and book. The only hitch is common to all credit/debit cards and that is purchases made on the card late on the last day of the month not appearing until the next day (new month). But that is not a big deal. Also, loads may take a couple of days to post. That is not a big deal either but does prevent the app from being perfect. I do recommend the app if you think it will meet your requirements.

When activating the card, the initial money was on the card immediately. Why, then does it take three days or a visit to my bank to make it go faster?
This adds a step-it is great when money is on there, but what if they need a larger lump sum for tools,etc?

IT person not trained to help.....took too long!

Great service,only one bad thing on my guys money I don't know how much money left on each account from the limits.
But good to have for business.
