Great rug, fast delivery, no issues
I was very worried ordering from this website due to reviews (which I checked only after I ordered…) I am however pleased to say that my rug arrived before the assumed time, it was rolled up and not in a box so there’s no creases, the rug is very fluffy and soft and seems a very good quality. There’s definitely a scent to it but it’s just like that new sofa or new rug smell - it will go away after a few days

Purchased a large rug only 5 months ago and it’s already showing signs of wear when it’s barely walked on. Contacted their customer service team. After sending multiple pictures and descriptions as requested by them (including a picture of my vacuum) they have then blamed my hoover for the wear! It’s actually laughable given the whole rug would look like the wear patches that are showing. It’s also not a high pile rug as they’ve suggested. Avoid this company if you want a rug that will still look ok in a few months. Absolutely crazy.

Beautiful rug just as described it was dispatched on time so can’t fault Benuta at all BUT on the other hand UPS took from the 21st September to the 16th October to deliver which is ridiculous to say it’s coming from Germany they didn’t turn up for delivery when planned so my review would have been 5 stars I think they need to re consider who they ship with but the rug itself I cannot fault

Ordering was quite straightforward & as expected. Lead times given and tracking information. Came on the day it specified. Surprised that it came folded & boxed. Upon unfolding my first impression was it is not as think as expected or desired. I have put it down,been 2 days now and creases still remain. Hopefully they will disappear. Needs an anti slip membrane underneath or something to keep it in place. Honestly If it didn't cost almost £40(£19.90 + they deduct £19.90 from refund) to return I would definitely have returned it. I'm not happy with it, kinda regret not purchasing a rug I can see and touch from a store in person . Yes it's soft but it really needs to be thicker for the price paid. The worst experience ever!!! Do not come anywhere rear them as they literally charge you money for nothing!!! They do not reply, they do not deliver and avoid all responsibilities!! I had to report them to all possible relevant regulatory organisations to ensure they don't scam anyone else anymore. STAY WAY CLEAR!!

Ordered a rug on the 22 Sept. Still not arrived. Said it had cleared customs and was due to be delivered by end of day on 7th Oct - still nothing. They offered me a 10% discount refund, but said they couldn't refund the full money??. Not received the 10% discount.
Now it is showing as ' the delivery date will be provided as soon as possible'
Benuta have stopped answering my emails. This company is terrible. Avoid it at all costs unless you want to lose your money.

Disappointing experience.
I’m deeply disappointed with my experience with Benuta. I ordered two beautiful rugs and waited over three weeks for delivery, only to receive an empty package. After contacting UPS, I reached out to Benuta’s customer service. Despite my frustration I still wanted the rugs I originally ordered. I repeatedly asked if I could repurchase them at the same price, as they were no longer on sale and I couldn't afford to buy them at their original price. However, Benuta ignored this request multiple times and instead processed a refund without addressing the issue. It’s incomprehensible that I had to wait so long, only to be left without my rugs and a fair solution. This experience has left me with a strong sense of disappointment and distrust towards both Benuta and UPS.
NO RUG DELIVERY, bad customer service
I ordered a rug on 13th September. Lead time said 6-8 days.
It is now the 3rd October and I have received nothing.
I reached out to Benuta on 30th September to chase, got a reply on 1st Oct from IRENE LYNGS in Customer Service saying they asked parcel force to re deliver on 2nd October. Nothing delivered.
I reached out again (2nd Oct) and advised no delivery received. No response.
It is the 3rd Oct, no delivery, still no response.
I have no clue why this company gets good reviews. They have had £60 odd of my money, and I have no rug, and their re delivery is non existent.
There are no telephone numbers for you to call.
They look like a U.K. company, with U.K. on webpage- but they ship from Germany.
I welcome their response to my complaint. I feel they have not resolved the issue promptly, they communicate only after 3 days pass, and the communication is false.
Please ship another rug if this is lost in transit and claim on your insurance.
Update: 5th Oct, still no rug, no coms.
Update: 7th Oct, got a email, they are now refunding, saying it’s processed, nothing arrived in my account yet.
Update : 8th Oct, refund received
Updated from 1 star to 2 based on the fact the money arrived in my account. And they eventually reached out and offered 20% discount on another purchase, which I sadly won’t use as I can’t see it will get through U.K. border control, and I will go through the same issue.

ordered a rug took the delivery guy 3 times to actually deliver it and haven’t been able to return the rug- unsympathetic to my situation. I am £250 down and DHL are lying saying they have been to collect the rug when they haven’t. The whole process has caused so much stress and their delivery teams are useless. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will be telling people to stay away

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They just canceled my order on the day of delivery, due to a labeling error on their end and didn’t notify me about it - I simply got a message that the order was cancelled. When I called to follow up, I waited for them to pick up for many minutes and the (very lovely) person said there is nothing they could do. The manager who eventually called me back was incredibly rude and argumentative, asking, “What do you want from me?!” without offering any apology or assistance. I was left without the product and felt completely unsupported throughout the process. This level of service is extremely unreliable. I cannot recommend this company at all.

Benuta's custom service is terrible! I ordered 4 cushion covers and have been waiting for over six weeks to receive them. They have had an issue with parcelforce who are also terrible, and provided the incomplete address for shipping. Instead of refunding me the money they keep trying to rearrange delivery and have tried to do this four times but still no success.
How can a company like Benuta not just refund £40 to make sure that the customer is satisfied, or even try to resend some more cushions to a different address of my choice. It's actually shocking how bad the level of customer service is. I would avoid this company at all costs to save you a headache!

Rug is more of a tapestry. I wasn't sent the return label at first so paid £12 to post myself and was refunded just 50%. Chasing customer services.

Rubbish service
My item was delivered to the wrong address as per the photo provided. We tried to find the house but having spent a whole afternoon driving around it’s nowhere even near us. Benuta have been hopeless in dealing with this . I’ve had to sign a declaration saying I’ll be prosecuted if I’m lying. They have my money, someone else has my item and still waiting. Load of rubbish. Don’t buy anything from this outfit
AWFUL products and customer service
AWFUL products and customer service. My “water resistant” rug gets absolutely soaking wet with even the lightest of drizzle and never dries - which has led to a mouldy rug that stinks. A £200 is going in the bin. When I contacted benuta they really couldn’t care less and told me there is nothing wrong with the rug and offered me 25% refund…useless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I don't write reviews often, but i had to for this. The quality of the rugs for the money is very very poor. And the return process is terrible. You have to return each package separately and they charge £20 postage per package. You're better off shopping in-store or going somewhere with a better returns policy.
