Took a while to arrive, for which they offered a small discount. It obviously wasnt in stock despite what the website said. Customer service pretty grumpy. So if you have a deadline, order a long ti... See more

Jute rug
I've bought my rug recently. Good quality.Very happy with my purchase. It arrived quickly.
Scam
This company dispatched my order to the wrong address! They then refused to sort this out. I do not have the money or the items. I have never received such bad customer service- there was no effort made to rectify their mistake. Avoid at all costs
Excellent Service
I ordered a rug that came from Germany. Came within a week. Much nicer than expected! Beautiful colour and well made.
Do not shop here
Do not shop here, if you expect to receive you carpet within a few days, or if expect good costimer-sevice.
Expect SHEIN stanadard,
Excellent customer support
The rug I ordered looked great to begin with but after 5 months was beginning to have loose fibres and not looking great, contacted customer support and Paula Marinheiro asked me to send photos which I did.I was then asked to return rug for a full refund ,the rug was collected on a Tuesday and I had a full refund by Friday, excellent service.Ordered another rug from them came promptly and looks great.Would have no hesitation in recommending them .
Excessive Return Costs
I ordered a kids' rug from Benuta but had to return it as it was too fluffy for a rug and shed excessively, which was unsafe for our 6-month-old son. A few weeks later, Benuta issued a refund but deducted £20 for return costs, which I find excessive and unacceptable. Although they operate a .co.uk website, they are not based in the UK, and this misleading impression results in customers incurring significant return costs.
Avoid Ordering
Placed order on 29th Dec and it was dispatched the next day. I haven’t heard anything since. The tracking number doesn’t work and just brings up an error. I have contacted the company on social media, sent them a email and also filled in the ticket request on the website. I have had no response whatsoever and have no idea when to expect my order or if it’s even going to arrive.
Sort of went a bit too cheeky
Ordered a few times from them
Mostly ok , but rigs come creased
Viscose not tencel grade so gets damaged pretty quickly
But most annoying … the bull about 70% discount … quite a fib … maybe 1-2 items
I would say highly misleading
I decided to give it a miss this time
I think gonna go and explore elsewhere
Is this even a real company?
Bought a rug 23 December expressly because it said 6-8 days delivery and I need it for a new professional space. I’ve had no contact from them by 4 Jan so it’s not even dispatched and I don’t know when it will be - it will clearly be a while from dispatch as it’s coming from overseas (like others I didn’t know this on purchase). They don’t answer emails whatsoever and have turned off their phone lines altogether! I’ve now emailed to cancel the order and there is no way to know if that will happen - if they do still send it I’ll apparently have to pay £20 to return it as part of a complex process. Don’t buy from here.

Firstly I’ve brought from them before and everything was great, great customer service. However, 2024 November I’ve ordered a rug; which said would be coming first week of December. So I ordered it. I’m back home for Christmas with family so I won’t be in the UK from 21st December, so I was careful to check the delivery date. There was a delay (UPS’s fault) I was asked by Benuta to call UPS and found a delivery confirmation for the 16th December. Amazing. It never turned up. I contacted both Benuta and UPS again, at which point I refused to keep calling the delivery company to track down my order when it should be BENUTA doing it as I’ve spent my money with them and it’s busy time with work and preparing for Christmas I thought ringing UPS twice was more than enough. This morning I asked for an update and was just told in email that there was further delay. I tried tracking on UPS and the tracking number stopped working; and sent this to Benuta. They gave me no update on when the delivery was coming just said it’s been delayed so I asked for a refund as I won’t be in the UK to receive the rug. Logical. A massive shame but logical as I don’t want to arrive in the new year to a rug outside my house drenched and ruined. Benuta decided to take it upon themselves to cancel my order and in the same email confirm the delivery date is today…. When before I asked and they said it was delayed and they didn’t know when it was coming… it so unnecessary to do such a thing and have completely wasted about 15hours of my time trying to chase where this rug is over a 4 week period. Would not recommend buying from them until their customer service improves.
Not delivered yet
I bought a rug at the end of November that was meant to be delivered over a week ago. After they changed the delivery date a couple of times, I'm still waiting and the customer service team is not taking any accountability, just telling me to be patient.
Update: customer service is actually good at replying and offering discounts but I haven't received the rug yet and they can't confirm a delivery date.
Uodate 2: still waiting for the rug, after 1 month.
Scammed
Scammed. Spent £175 on two rugs. All I got sent was some sample box filled with some random sample of a rug I didn’t even order.
How does this even leave the warehouse. 2 full sized rugs vs some tiny sample box. Obviously a scam
Feels like a scam
Feels like a scam. Delivery took an absolutely age, which I can't entirely blame this company on. However, when the item arrived, it was labelled as the correct item 'cream Lilibeth rug', but was nothing like the website pictures. It came with grey patterns which is not what we wanted at all.
Outer packaging was a wreck (which may just be due to lots of moving about in the warehouse), but usually for things like this, there should be a plastic cover for the rug. As some of the other reviews suggest, it feels like its been used.
The cardboard was just weak/felt it had been previously soaked.. so more chance of the rug getting damaged even to return it. Do NOT BUY
Buyer Beware! £19.95 for returns
Buyer beware! Caveat Emptor! Item took an extra week to be shipped from Germany, yet they operate as UK entity. Must be a dropshipper. Returns they will charge £19.95. Plus, read the small print. If they think it is not folded properly or needs 'cleaning', they will also deduct a further £30 or euro off your money.
I ordered a rug to my house and in the…
I ordered a rug to my house and in the end, they took it to a kiosk far from my house and the rug was too heavy for me to carry home so they offered me a 5% discount which resulted in about a 12-euro amount. I went there twice to pick it up and the kiosk had sent it to some warehouse… and I got fed up and never collected the parcel. Be worn that if you order from them, they likely will have some really poor delivery service and if you ever want to return something, you’ll also go through the same hassle. Do not buy.
I returned 2 rugs but they only…
I returned 2 rugs but they only refunded one, and there is no information at all to contact them. Scam.
Stunning edition to my home delighted with my purchase
I’m totally delighted with my purchase. It’s a very pretty jute rug and looks stunning under my dining table. I will most certainly continue to shop on their website. Oh and a fab price too!
I just received my rug order to UK
I just received my rug order to UK, it’s. A joke it was dirty with still some marks on it I am sure it was on a demo because I find a lot of dark stuff I can’t believe they are sending you something already use with no shame like we may be stupid and don’t see it ! I am waiting for they reply about this situation but to be honest I am shocked about this company to send use rug
Overcharged me for return ! NEVER EVER AGAIN
NEVER EVER AGAIN ! I will never order anything from them again, and I don’t recommend them to you either. They deducted £19.09 for each item returned, even though their website states “per package.” I contacted them, and they replied that they charged for each item. I am now trying to get the excess amount refunded.
I don’t recommend dealing with them, or be prepared to pay the equivalent of a whole rug if you decide to return something.
