Really very structured and very detailed with the course I am doing. The staff are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions, silly or not. We are assigned a skills coach when we start and mine (Angela) has been very nice and comforting through my course so far.

Angela has been super supportive whilst she has been my skills coach. She is always available and has dedicated extra time to help me catch up on my modules. Angela is always smiling and has a positive energy about her which makes tutorials easy to work through.

My experience so far on my level 3 apprenticeship has been fantastic, my tutor Angela Frackleton is always free to offer support and she frequently checks in on my progress and wellbeing which makes the experience feel more personalized. The delivery of learning is really engaging, I particularly like the freedom to explore content outside of the platform to bolster learning.

I am really pleased that my academy chose BeReady for my level 3 TA and SEND course. The dashboard for setting up was clear and easy to use, plus the phone calls to help me set up made me feel I could handle the tech! Pauline Casbolt, my skills coach, is an absolute God-send!! Decades of experience in my sector means she really understands the workings of my role and is more than happy to help me get the best from my learning. She’s a very busy woman, but readily available and offers regular feedback with realistic smart goals for my current/next module. She is sympathetic with the demands of my job and helps me to succeed with my learning without compromise to either role. The response time whenever I’ve emailed with a question has been fantastic too! As far as the course itself; its’s easy to navigate (after a session with Pauline to show me the ropes) and is easy to pick up and work on if/when I have a bit of free time available. There are also lots of extra learning/seminars available to really help to enhance my knowledge, these are readily to go whenever I am which is fantastic to help me balance work/learning/home life.

Embarking on the journey to become a Wellbeing Champion has been one of the most enriching experiences of my life, and I owe a great deal of gratitude to the exceptional coaching services provided by my skills coach at BeReady. Through their guidance and expertise, I've not only acquired the necessary skills to champion wellbeing but also undergone a personal transformation.
From the start, it was evident that my skills coach was deeply committed to empowering me to become an effective advocate for wellbeing. The wealth of knowledge and experience provided invaluable insights into the principles and practices of wellbeing.
What truly sets this coaching service apart is their holistic approach to training. Rather than simply imparting information, they fostered a dynamic learning environment where I felt encouraged to engage actively, ask questions, and share my own insights and experiences. From promoting mindfulness and resilience to fostering a culture of wellbeing in the workplace, the training provided me with the tools and confidence to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
As I reflect on my journey to becoming a Wellbeing Champion, I am filled with gratitude for the transformative experience BeReady have provided. They have have provided unwavering support, expertise, and commitment to promoting wellbeing but have also inspired me to continue growing and evolving on this path. Beready were really supportive in setting up my qualification, It was quick and effective. The dashboard you use is user friendly and easy to navigate. There is always someone available to help you. You are assigned a learning coach (Mine Was Claire). She was an excellent tutor, we got along from our first meeting, she is kind, caring and supportive. You can tell she enjoys her job and wants her learners to do well. She has been very supportive throughout my qualification and answers emails at the drop of a hat. She's AMAZING! We are entering the end point assessment stage, but i feel very confident going through this with Claires support.
I have done several apprenticeships with different providers and found that BeReady's method of online learning the best. It meant you could work around your own work load and access the training whenever you were able too. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!
