Everything flawless

Everything flawless. I've ordered scarpa shoes and black/desired color wasn't on the stock. Because I am impatient, I ordered other color and actually they were so fast to stock the black version, I had to call customer service. There is a very nice lady supporting my request to change it (Laura thank you very much). She wasn't able to change my order, but made everything to make it easy for me to send them back and promptly get my refund. I mean overall great experience - I could get a best price for high quality product, very good shipping time and even refund policy is just flawless.

Christmas carrolls

The company is doing its best regarding some modesty in pricing , accuracy in response , delivering notifications and guarantees.
The supply chain seems in a mess some times perhaps for tarif reasons low consumption seasons,or invisible competition cartel tendencies that threaten to turn hobbies to luxurious extravagant trends using common low cost Chinese? workforce as a unique invention that boosts Branding mystification to the stars.
As long as Protestant production ethos keeps its ground there is a chance for EU companies to withstand the turmoils, its good stuff and the margins of accessibility in decency.
Clearance in summer should be more generous the contrast of black products vs white space lower, and some elitists companies (sic) should land their colonial aspirations to a lower ground.
Stagnation is the main EU tendency in our era so company strategies should listen more carefully...

Efficient and excellent service

My orders always have been received well ahead of the scheduled delivery dates. This is most important to me since I live abroad from the selling company and I am always eager to receive the purchased products safely and in time.

They’re very trustworthy and they…

They’re very trustworthy and they respond in emails without a lot of delay and with respect. They have a big range of products that some are more expensive than expected but they also make quite good discounts on many items year round. I’ve bought most of my hiking gear from them.

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this store and its customer service. The level of professionalism is shockingly low. Every time I contact support, all I get is the same repeated generic sentence: “the process takes time.”

According to EU law — Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU — when a consumer withdraws from an online purchase and returns the product, the seller is legally required to refund the payment within 14 calendar days after receiving the withdrawal notification or evidence of return shipping. There is no legal justification for endless delays or vague excuses.

I followed every rule: I returned the product, provided proof of postage, and waited. I still have not received my €160 refund. Instead of transparency or initiative, I get minimal communication and the same scripted responses.

Honestly, I get more intelligent, useful interaction from a chatbot than from the so-called support team here. The lack of competence, accountability, and respect for customers is truly frightening.

I am wasting time, energy, and patience trying to recover money that should have been returned under EU law.

After this experience, I will never spend a single euro with this company again.
