Do not deal with the Auburn store. They have been nothing but shocking. I purchased Two sets of Leather Sofa’s. One set was delivered scratched in parts. The other came very rough in parts so they gave us a leather balm for us to oil it ourselves. Somehow its up to us to fix the issue. Also one leather panel is discoloured compared to the rest of the sofa. It appears they don’t have good quality control. They have dragged it on for nearly 3 months without doing anything. Going to Department Of Fair Trading. All they care about is the sale. Once they make the sale they don’t care about your concerns or how to rectify the scratches. There is also no head office to contact. Trust me….. stay clear of the Auburn store.

Bad after sale service on the phone not helpful but arrogant .Mithan was arrogant and denied it happened over the phone even when told the corner piece was unwrapped from packaging in our Unit .

Very good quality AUSTRALIAN MADE furniture. Richard and John are excellent and provided me with great service as well as a discount for my sofa.

There is a 3 month wait but all stores are like this and having had a bad experience from another major competitor I would rather wait for an Australian made product than receive rubbish made in China.

There was no pushiness to buy. The guys know buying a piece of furniture is not just like going and buying a bag of chippies. Quality and integrity is this companies outstanding difference.
