Genuinely faultless service from start to finish. We were recommended Berkshire Heating Solutions by family and have been incredibly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the service provided. Most recently, we used the team to install a combi boiler in a new property. Jon visited promptly to provide a comprehensive quote, fitted us in quickly and the work was completed to an excellent standard - in spite of sweltering 50 degree heat in our loft on installation day! Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend.

Great experience from quote through to completion of installation. Jon / Elliott both courteous, tidy and extremely knowledgeable and completed the work within the timeframe set. We were expecting a difficult time, given the length of our flue and associated challenges to remove old / install new - but everything went far better than expected, they exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to other owners in our apartment block or in the Berkshire area.

Berkshire Heating Solutions installed our new boiler at very short notice and the installation was done in an efficient and proficient way by Elliot.

I have been without hot water for nine days and received no response or call back from British Gas despite being on the vulnerable list. Jon got in touch with me extremely quickly and within a day came to check on my boiler and by this morning I had a new one being installed.
Elliot was polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
They are truly amazing and helped me so fast and efficiently, making sure I was informed and able to afford my new boiler (which is a Worcester, so great brand too.)

Used Berkshire Heating Solutions for an issue our tenant's were having with no hot water and again Jon saved the day. First class service and will always be the first place I go to for anything plumbing or heating related.

Great service and advice from Jon and Andy who fitted a new boiler and multiple radiators replacing the original and very old boiler and radiators on our property, overcoming a number of challenges identified during the installation process. Jon has since been very quick to respond and has been very helpful to resolve a couple of queries I have raised since unrelated to their work. I would be very happy to use them again.

Jon visited as agreed and sent a very competitive quote for the work Disconnecting my oil heating system and rebuilding a natural gas system The work was complex and undertaken primary by Andy who worked unstintingly for 3 days solid He contacted my gas supplier who had informed me they I would have to wait 4 weeks for a meter to be installed and got a meter fitted 4 hours later

I contacted Berkshire Heating Solutions when my hot water suddenly stopped working. Jon called me straight back and was really helpful and obliging. He came round within a couple of hours and fixed the problem straight away. He was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely use his company again after others didn’t even bother to return my call! It’s hard to find reliable tradesman, but Jon was brilliant. A huge thumbs up for Berkshire Heating Solutions.

I needed a new boiler and used Boiler Guide to provide 3 quotes in addition to a quote from a local chap. The quotations that I received were all so fairly close as to make no difference. I decided to go with Jon as he was the person who struck me as the most interested, thorough in his survey and keen to help with an additional problem of a cool radiator. He also came across as very knowledgeable, experienced, likeable and an easy going chap. Several weeks later he fitted the chosen boiler on the day and time agreed. I particularly felt that he excelled to get over an unexpected electrical issue that arose on the day. Even though it was late, he then proceeded to resolve our long standing cool radiator problem that numerous previous heating engineers had failed to do. This he included as part of the initial quote. I have no hesitation in recommending Jon to family and friends and will certainly be calling him from now on for all our plumbing and heating needs.0

Had a boiler issue John came out the same day on a saturday! Gave us some good advice and we got a quote and had a new boiler fitted by his team excellent job very happy! They are super responsive if you ever have an issue unlike most of the plumbers we have tried before!

I contacted Jon following Facebook recommendations after my boiler broke down. Jon quoted to fix or replace extremely promptly. We decided to replace and this was completed within 5 days (including a weekend) from quote to fitting.
Jon has consistently communicated with me before and after the installation. The installation itself went very smoothly.
