Dress seems great! I haven’t worn it yet, but tried on and fits true to size.
Shipping is about a 10-12 day turnaround.
I bought it a week ahead of an event and it didn’t come in time. But it is very vibrant and flowy!

The dress is lovely and the quality and construction is very good.

If I could give zero stars, I would!

How can company in this day in age not accept a return and a full refund when you are ordering clothing online and cannot try it on before buying it. I spent over $80 on 2 dresses, and at first they only offered me a $10 "refund." After I complained, then they "generously" offered $25 back. This is INSANE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! You have been warned. And their material is less than appealing. Horrible and thinly, cheaply made. Don't do it!

I was worried at first when I recvd the dress. Once on it’s gorgeous !!! I absolutely love it. It has pockets!!!! The fabric has a light shimmer almost like satin. N flows well. I’m 5’2’ length is perfect!!

Once the dresses arrived I was pleased..

Despite their state online return or exchange policy the refused to honor any return and instead tried to negotiate the refund (not even offering a quarter of the full price paid). They have no way of accepting returns or exchanges. Ended up losing over $150

I love my outfit, and it is beautiful material.

Delivery took less time than anticipated and indicated. A good quality garment which looked like the online image. Good value.

My order was fine as usual, but it has taken three weeks after ordering before it was dispatched. Not good.

The products and material are superb.
However the size of the top on the XL tracksuit is smaller than expected. I fact too small on the rib around the bottom.

Very good quality items, very fast delivery. Very happy with all. I was a little suspicious at first, as spotted the "peacock" set on Facebook first. Very happy l trusted my instinct and purchased the most beautiful item in my wardrobe.

I love my trousers. There was a slight problem with the sewing around the waist band. The company offered to return and refund but did not have any more in stock. Hence I chose to keep and have mended. They refunded a small amount as a token of good will.

I ordered 4 items from berluu.com. 2 sweaters and 2 tops. I am a US Size Medium. The items were either too small or too large. The clothes are very cheap. The sweaters look thick but in actually are very thin material. One top was vivid in the photo but upon arrival the fabric was washed out. One blouse was so small I could not get it over my head. The website has a phone number of 213 456 6768 which does not work. And the return policy is questionable. Run from this company. I lost $149.57 US Dollars.

Only thing that I did not like was that I paided for faster shipping and it did not come for when I needed it. So will never pay for faster shipping again I feel ripped off wth shipping.
But what I bought was very pretty. So on that your forgiven and that is way you got a 4 star. it the shipping had worked right you would have gotten a 5 star

VERY happy with my purchase. Quality is great

It was well delivered and the size was right. I am very pleased and I will use the black-white striped jacket a lot. One can wear it during all seasons here in Finland.
