Great online experience from Bersigar. Delivery was very quick and trouble free. I’ll be back to order further timepieces in the future.

Order arrived super quickly packaging impressive unfortunately the quality of the watch is awful.
I took it to get links removed at a reputable UK chain and they said if you remove links the whole strap will fall apart
I emailed to ask how I return the watch but has no reply

Watch looked good and appeared to be good value.
BUT.... it stopped working after only 2 weeks.
Bersigar ignored a series of emails requesting an exchange. not a single reply nor an acknowledgement to many emails over 2 months.
Professional watchmaker now tells me that the movement and winding mechanism are both 'inferior crap' and watch is 'not worth repairing' unless I replace the movement and winder with expensive units.
Be warned.... AVOID BERSIGAR WATCHES.

Paid for next day express overnight delivery. To find the item was shipped from Dubai not the London address on their website and would never receive next day as I'd paid the £16 for. Sure enough I got my tracking for delivery a week later. No response on the contact number via calls or wattsapp or via email direct or via the website contact form. To top it off once it did arrive I was hit with import and duty tax, yet again still no response from Bersigar. My experience as been nothing but bad and I will be arranging a refund via my card! Disgusting Bersigar, this was a birthday present for my 14 Yr old son!

Been trying to return for weeks and nobody replies

I thought I’d write a little review as to my experience with their timepieces as I’ve purchased several. I’ve ordered 12 watches from them since finding out about them this year. I have found them all very well built, very accurate (using the Seiko movements - which Seiko has been around for over 140 years), stylish, very well packaged and as all can tell, extremely affordable. I’ve been an avid watch collector for over 30 years and am particularly fond of the Rolex Daytona & their GMT collections (owning several of each).

I’m most certainly not comparing Bersigar to Rolex here, but regarding the GMT collection, I have paired down my Rolex GMT’s as the Bersigar GMT is a stunning homage and greatly accurate piece that definitely stands out in a crowd.

One of my favorite watches to wear is my 18k White Gold Rolex Daytona Ghost on the OysterFlex silicon strap with clasp. Whenever I wear it, I never hear one word about it.

Whenever I wear my Bersigar Pepsi GMT, I get compliments all the time and people have asked me “is that a Rolex Pepsi” (or a Bruce Wayne or a Batgirl).

They are blown away when I tell them that it’s a micro brand out of Dubai that is powered by a Seiko movement!

I appreciate a good timepiece, and I’m not trying to pass these off as anything other than what they are. Having owned so many over my 30+ years of collecting, I can wholeheartedly recommend this brand to anyone looking to begin their own collection journey or to those like myself that have been collecting for years.

I hope this helps others as they look to consider a fine well made automatic timepiece.

Hello, well, listen, at first I was very happy when I ordered the watch, and then 24 hours later you sent me a message saying I had to pay customs fees that had amounted to €44. When I look at your website, you never mention customs, and I didn't realize you were so far away. So, I was a little surprised by this extra charge

I've got a probleme with my watch that i received and i have to tell that it took time to get an answer but the support team is Awesome and really helpfull. Shout out To the Support Team and thanks for the effort they put for my problème. Bersigar is definetly the best discovery of the year 2025 for me. Im already with 5 watch from Bersigar and i'm looking to keep going on. thanks again !

Swift delivery and product matches expectations

the shipping was on time and the watch looks like a ten thousand dollars.

The package and presentation of the watchbwas excellent.

The watch was delivered within a week. The watch looks great but the crown is not very good. It is very “gritty” feeling when you unscrew and screw it down. It grinds which doesn’t seem quality. If you wear this watch everyday and don’t have to reset your watch, this is a good watch. If you rotate between watches I would pass on this watch.

Yes this time the gold watch is too small it looks big in the picture I don’t like it. If I can I will return it this time am really not happy

Screw down crown wouldnt unscrew. Now spins but won't lock down. Everything else with the watch is fantastic. Im just disappointed that that it doesnt operate as advertised

The box arrived broken and the watch with the bracelet removed.
