Horrible quality
Horrible quality, paint runs off after first use on the 2 tone watches, and the pins are extremely hard to remove. The watches do not come with a link removal kit.

I bought 2 watches from Italy
I bought 2 watches from Italy, nation in where the website is soponsored, and I had to pay a lot of tax that on the web were not shown, some of them for the shipment and other as well, the final cost of tax was almost 1/3 of the total price of the watches. After all of that the watches arrived and one of them is broken, with the second hand not running and it looks also cheep quality, the watch is the model luxaura 1783. Personally im not sodisfact, they sepnt a lot of time in designing it try to copy as much as possible from rolex day date instead of working on a movment that at least works. When i reached the customare service I've been trated as one that dont know how to manage watches (i have plenty) instead than understand the issue of your product and act to solve the problem...it's not my first Bersigar watch and unfortunately they become a way cheaper than before...old customare not sodisfacted.

Very disappointed with Bersiger
Very disappointed with my watch from Bersiger. Looked good on arrival but has never kept reliable time as it gains 90 minutes every 24 hours.
BUT the biggest disappointment is that Bersiger has ignored my emails and my reasonable requests for a replacement.
After 4 attempts to contact Bersiger..... no response.
Such a shame because the watch looked good.
