Customer Service - Not so good. Thought I had a problem with the GMT and tried to contact the company and they never got back to. I felt like if this was a real problem I would have a hard time getting resolved.

Buyer beware this POS company is running a scam by charging the taxes and duty fees back onto there customers through DHL . They advertise that there shipping is free but at the end of the day you can’t get ahold of anyone to solve this issue.

Scammers, they advertised the watch has a SUPER LUMINOVA on hands, but was just painted with some cheap paint, that does not glow in the dark...Also should have a Seiko movement, I don't believe so, after they lie about the SUPER LUMINOVA...

Avoid this company at all cost... Now the refuse to honor their 30 days return policy ...

I ordered a Luxury 1662 from Bersigar watches and paid the fee of $171.00 on May 7, 2025 and on May 12th I received a message from DHL stating that I would have to pay a custom's fee of 225.31 or the product would be shipped back to the company. I knew nothing about such a fee when I purchased the watch so I called Bersigar - with no answer so I left a message. I suspected the note from DHL was a scam but I contacted them too. No change from them either except for a letter in German saying thanks for sending the information I suspected was a scam. Since then I have called Bersigar 3 times more with no response whatsoever. I have also emailed them 3 times and again no response. I have no watch and am out $171.00 for which I have requested a full refund. No response. I am beginning to think this entire company is a scam.

Watch arrived today, and in general, I'm very happy with it.
Only problem is the latch on the bracelet. One side latches with a click, the other hasn't got that reassuring click, and will just spring open occasionally.

I ordered and paid on 4-28-25.i received an email notifying me that “Shop” would have my tracking info. When I checked delivery was scheduled on 5-6/5-7-25 though DHL and the watch was at the DHL Facility in Dubai. Yesterday (5-6-25) I was notified the watch was returned to the sender without explanation. This was a gift for someone that I was planing to deliver this Friday at his birthday party. This is unacceptable and I still don’t have a response from the company regarding how they are going to get me the watch by Friday. This is far from over. I am a journalist and will spread the story (blister them) on Friday, absent an acceptable solution.

Watch was gaining 3 minutes a day. No response from complaints. Then after a week the bracelet came apart. Still no reply from complaints
Shocking product no value poor quality

Since receiving the watch stops running at 11:53 pm and when it gets reset in the morning runs without any problem until 11:53pm
I believe it's associated with the date change mechanism. If keeps doing this I will request service under warranty

Loses about 5 mins every day. Beautiful watch

Ordered a watch it came but the dial colour was completely off. Not what was advertised on the website or as described. I spent a couple of weeks on WhatsApp and calling the support numbers on the website, sometimes getting a response, other times being left for days. My questions were being avoided and they were starting conversations over by replying 'Hi' to my messages. Terrible customer service. I managed to finally get them to pick the watch up and ship it back. I waited a little over a week for a refund but they took £19 off me for shipping it back to them in Dubai. Even though the product wasn't as described. I am currently waiting on a reply as usual. AVOID THEM.

Update: refusing to give me back the £19. So no watch because it wasn't as described and now I'm down £19. AVOID these SCAMMERS.
