We are so pleased with our new Kardean floor. The customer service from Berwicks has been excellent, and the guys who laid the floor very helpful, polite and respectful. The quality of the finish is great.

This is the second time we have used Berwicks of Horsham and we continue to be impressed with their customer service. Rachel, in the showroom, helped us to select the best carpets to suit our needs and Ryan and Ollie, the carpet fitters, did a superb job which was carried out in a professional, tidy and caring manner. We are delighted with our new carpets and would not hesitate to recommend Berwicks of Horsham.

Very helpful and friendly showroom staff advised us on what works well, and we were able to take our time and browse through their substantial displays to find what we wanted in our price range. I recently needed new carpets laid at my elderly mother's house, in a hurry. She was due to come out of hospital just before Christmas, and we were desperate to get new carpets down before she came home. (The old carpets had been damaged in an accident so we had just bare, rough floorboards and this would have been no good at all for my elderly mother.) I contacted several carpet suppliers and they all told me it would be impossible to supply new carpets as everything was about to shut down for Christmas; the first fitting dates available were well into February. And then I spoke to Berwicks. When I explained to them the situation they said they would expedite sourcing the carpet, and their fitters would work overtime to ensure we got the carpets fitted in time for my mother's hospital discharge. I cannot tell you how helpful they were in arranging all of this. And when the fitters turned up, they were professional, courteous and efficient. A thoroughly positive experience all round. A good quality company with excellent standards of client care.

We had wooden floors fitted last week. The guys who came out from Berwicks have done an absolutely wonderful job.
They were very friendly, professional, efficient and left everywhere very tidy and clean. A pleasure to have them in our home for 2 days. Highly recommend!

New carpets and Karndean flooring throughout house. Received clear information in advance about the order in which the fitters would work. Although I am some distance from Horsham, the fitters arrived on time, and worked hard with regular cleaning. Discussed how the stripes on the stair carpet should follow the turn on the stairs and was happy to go with his suggestion. I am very pleased with the final professional result.

From guiding us to the right flooring and fitting it the service has been second to none.
However there was a manufacturing problem with our new flooring, immediately Jed came to look. The problem was resolved within days. The whole team were amazing. Always polite, tidy and on time. The new floor looks fantastic.

In 2018 and again in 2021 we used Berwicks of Horsham for Flooring. So, when we started a new (and our last!) project this summer we never even considered any other company. This small local company provides a great product, but more importantly is the quality of installation, and fantastic customer service. If you want a job done correctly, in a timely manner with great customer service, use Berwicks, you will not regret it!

Amazing service from Berwicks - my building project was challenging with a few changes along the way and despite being busy, Berwicks professionally and calmly offered advice and adjusted schedule. workmanship from floor prep, to the laying of the underfloor heating and flooring was exceptional.

The guys did a really good job replacing what was a thoroughly worn-out old carpet. They did not hurry, making sure that everything was OK and tidied up after they had finished. An excellent professional service. Extremely pleased with the result.
