So expensive and so useless. The manufacturer is clear on the windows it adapts to.... No velux, no french window.... Basically none of the windows on the continent so why do you sell it! Good.luck to get the temperature down by more than 2 Celsius....

The description on the website said…
The description on the website said order before 4pm and have it delivered next day, it also said that they will send some sort of tracker link in the morning and they didn't. Contacted support on whatsapp at the correct time also by mail. There was no response. I still did not get it delivered after waiting all day. Never will use their service again. If the label says it's orange juice it better not be apple pie.
UPDATE:
Today is Monday, I still don't have my laptop that I ordered. Sunday night 10pm they sent a tracking link, a link showing that my item will be delivered in a range of 5 hours on Monday. I should be at work but I'm not.
I asked for compensation, they refused. Just blamed it on DHL. On the website it clearly says. Order before 4pm qnd have it delivered next day. Truly depressing weekend thank to them. I'm still waiting for laptop.
