Just had the bathroom fitted by bespoke interiors Sedgley very happy with the end result thanks to Stev and Hayley for helping us to design it and also thanks to Tom the fitter who done a superb job always left the room clean and tidy each day nothing was to much trouble for him what a lovely lot of people from start to finish would highly recommend so if you’re looking for a bathroom go to bespoke bathrooms Sedgley

Just had my bathroom renovation completed and it looks amazing. Tom the fitter did a brilliant job and was always on time to start and everything was left clean when finished each day. I recommend him for anyone needing a new bathroom.
Bespoke Steve and Hayley were fantastic from start to finish in helping us choose the bathroom that suited us and we can’t be happier with the end result.

Steve was easy to talk to with no pressure to buy, gave good advice on home visit. Tom, the fitter was pleasant, helpful and his work was completed to a high standard. Would definitely recommend this Company.

Would highly recommend both the bathroom company and the fitter. Had a whole bathroom fitted. From the start, Steve listened to what we wanted and worked with us unlike other companies we had quotes from. Gave us different options but was spot on with what was offered.
Tom, our fitter, and his team were superb. They worked efficiently and to a high standard with a good eye for detail. Every day the space was left spotless. Couldn't fault anything and the bathroom was finished quicker than expected which was a bonus.

Excellent service from start to finish. We had a total refit of our bathroom & Steve's advice on the bathroom furniture made our decision to proceed a lot easier. No hard sell, just honest advice on what would work & what would not.

We had both our main bathroom and en-suite remodelled and fitted just in time for Christmas. The service provided by Steve from his original visit to measure up, through working with us to provide options to suit our budget and going the extra mile in accommodating last minute changes through the fitting was exceptionally professional. Steve went the extra mile to ensure that we got the bathrooms that we wanted.
Tom the fitter, again provided an exceptionally professional service. He communicated really well with us, was very punctual, polite and extremely hard working. We are really pleased with both our new bathrooms and would highly recommend Bespoke Interiors and Tom to anyone.

Just has a make over in our bathroom. Steve listend to my request/requirement and accommodated my modest budget with good quality products. There's something for everyone at Bespoke.

Care was taken with my home and nothing was too much trouble for him.
As a good will gesture he hung my own bathroom fixture and mirror.

We've had a new bathroom fitted with Steve at Bespoke Bathrooms and he's been brilliant from start to finish. So friendly and helpful, any questions we had he was there for us. Our whole experience with Bespoke Interiors was excellent. From initial consultation with Steve, to installation which was done by Tom. They worked very efficiently and were very tidy.
Costs were reasonable and the products supplied are very good quality.
I was kept updated throughout the process.
Tom returned promptly to complete the sealing once the floor was installed.
I would definately recommend Bespoke Interiors.

As first time homeowners, Steve was super understanding in helping us stick within our budget & very helpful when advising on bathroom design from the get go.
We had Tom as our fitter and have nothing but praise as he is very polite & was willing to do anything to fix any issues that arise.

I couldn't be happier with the work carried out by Bespoke Interiors. From start to finish the fitter Tom and his mate were polite and respectful, always taking the time to listen and explain each step. The job was completed to a high standard and what really stood out was how tidy they kept everything throughout the process. They were mindful and careful with my property, ensuring that floors and furniture were protected while the work was being done. Its rare to find someone who combines skill with such professionalism and consideration. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable bathroom fitter.

Steve did a great job in finding exactly what we wanted for our bathroom and was very friendly. The cost was reasonable compared to other places we got quotes from. Tom and Liam did a great job at installing the bathroom and were very efficient. They clearly are experienced and know what they're doing as they made small tweaks along the way to make it better such as putting the shower control in a better place. Would definitely recommend this company.

Firstly need to start off by saying that as a new business start up i don’t like leaving a negative review.
Just feel if you’re looking to have a bathroom remodel , just look into sourcing your own fixtures & fittings as you’re probably going to save ££££s .
Can’t fault the independent fitters as they did an excellent job . They do all the things from start to finish.
Bespoke order & deliver items & arrange for skip ( which arrived at 6:30 am of the morning of start of our refit ) the day prior we were not informed of the skip arrival .
On needing a different bathroom sink this was when it really came to our attention on how much money bespoke bathroom obviously made as you don’t get a full itemised bill of each product you’re purchasing.
You pay a £600 non refundable deposit which is deducted from the fitters fee , yet this goes directly to Bespoke interiors ( win win really for them obviously commission) .
I would totally recommend Five Ways Bathrooms fitters Tom & Liam as they go above & beyond keeping you informed throughout the project.

Absolutely delighted with the transformation of our en-suite! Stephan and the team were brilliant from start to finish—supportive with choosing high-quality bathroom furniture and providing a clear CAD design that brought everything to life. The workmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. We’re really pleased with the final result!

Steve from Bespoke Interiors was professional and friendly throughout the whole experience. He shows that he was a hands on guy for years as the knowledge he has when explaining things was next to none.
He asked for my budget before he quoted and he came up trumps. I now have very beautiful downstairs loo in what I thought was a very small kitchen cupboard. Thank you so much.

Awful would not recommend to anyone take your custom elsewhere. Spent £8300 on a bathroom with this company. It’s been installed to a very poor standard. It has been refitted 4 times, twice by the first fitter who I then had to ask not to return as it was such a mess then twice by the replacement fitters. It still now looks awful and they refuse to resolve the matter. Owner is uninterested and just blames fitters and denies any liability despite me never employing the fitters. He tried to take items out of my skip to replace damaged items in my bathroom. It’s been the most awful experience with a company and we are most likely going to have to spend more money now elsewhere to get it put right. This list of issues has been endless and the finish is extremely poor. Bad customer service and experience. Happy to provide photos and videos to anyone thinking of using them so you can see the issues.
