Your Bathroom has been a fantastic company to deal with, they have kitted us out with a new Bathroom, En Suite, and downstairs Cloakroom.
From the moment we walked through the door they have been super helpful, and helped us find exactly what we wanted.
Ian and Lisa have a tremendous knowledge of their products and are very good at making suggestions and coming up with solutions.
Ian made a home visit to make accurate measurements, did detailed plans for our inspection and amended to suit our preferences.
All the goods were ordered and stored ready for installation day, and delivered bang on time, with military precision.

From start to finish, our experience with Ian and Lisa. The showroom is the best we’ve seen, they know their product and the VR option to see your design really gives you an idea of what to expect. The quality of the bathroom is fantastic, we’ve got a 5 star bathroom in our house!

Don't quite know where to start but to say what a fantastic place, Exceptional service from Ian from my 1st initial contact, listened to my requirements as we were looking for something different that gave us the wow factor, came up with a fantastic design with the products we had chosen, loved the Virtual Reality tool which enabled us to see the bathroom come to life, there was no hard sell when we eventually made the decision to proceed which I will say took me a few months to commit to, Ian again sat down with us and added a few tweaks making the vision even better. We then discovered the manufacturer had discontinued the product and didn't have one of the cupboards well Lisa we can't thank you enough for working your magic and getting them the manufacture the additional cupboard just Outstanding Customer Service you went above and beyond for us and I can honestly say the bathroom is looking amazing and we can't be any happier.
Delivery was fast and efficient and we were kept up to date on a delayed part. I can't thank you both enough absolutely superb company and will be highly recommending to friends and family.

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased a bathroom from Ian and Lisa both times I have been happy with the quality and cost. If anyone asks me to point them in the direction of good bathroom suppliers it will be Your Bathroom Show room every time! Excellent service and affordable!

Internet prices, but with a great personal service! After searching on the net for bathrooms we found Your Bathroom, Ian couldnt have been more helpful, from design (which we were able to view in the showrooms virtual reality googles), through a number of customisations, to delivery. Our new bathroom is squeezed into quite a quirky space, and without Ians knowledge and support we would heve struggled to acheive the great end result.

Having worked along side Ian and Lisa for a few years now, I can give a genuine review of the service they provide. As a bathroom fitter myself I’ve worked with many other suppliers none who come close to YourBathroomShowroom, as a retired (semi) plumber himself Ian can foresee issues while designing bathrooms for 100% of the customers we put his way, each one also stating how professional and competitive is the service that they provide.
They supply top quality products at a price that would be extremely hard to find elsewhere, after fitting a number of bathrooms supplied by Ian and Lisa (including my own) I would not hesitate to send anyone else their way! If your in the market for a new quality bathroom at an affordable price give these guys a try!

As a retired engineer I set and expect very high standards of service and items supplied. Lisa Ian and all of the staff at YOUR BATHROOM in Telford not only reached but surpassed all our expectations. From the onset we were guided by Lisa and Ian in all aspects of purchasing, delivery and installation of our new bathroom. We also found that the service did not stop there, as when a minor problem arose they delt with it professionally and without fuss. It is my belief that there is no one better in Telford and Shropshire for all your plumbing and bathroom requirements

What a fantastic place! We stumbled across this by accident & so glad we did- the range & designs are amazing, totally different from anything you see in other places. Ian has helped us completely refurbish two shower rooms- listening to our ideas, giving advice & designing everything for us. He has a wealth of knowledge & access to a huge range of different products. We were so delighted with the service & have already recommended to several people. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Firstly can I say what genuinely nice people Ian and Lisa are. They both went above and beyond from start to finish on our bathroom, from the design to the end product, nothing was too much trouble for them.

I would highly recommend this business. The bathroom showroom is well displayed with a vast array of bathroom fittings, tiles and cupboardry. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and patient. We did not feel pressurised and we had confidence in their advice. Ian made a home visit to ensure sizing and made good creative suggestions. Deliveries and ordering were made easy. The bathroom fitter took great pride in his work. We are thrilled with the finished product. We would have no hesitation in using this company in the future.
