I STRONGLY SUGGEST - DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!
HE HAS ABSOLUTLEY NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING AND HE NEVER DELIVERS THE GOODS OR SERVICE THAT HE PROMISES. 9 MONTHS ON WE ARE STILL UNFINISHED AND FEELING TOTALLY MISLEAD & QUITE FRANKLY RIPPED OFF!

Worst company ever! Beware!
This company have taken thousands of pounds from me and my family and several months on, still haven't supplied the goods. The goods we have received are wrong & unfinished. We are extremely disappointed with Richard. I do not believe this company are capable of providing the products nor offer an acceptable service. Incompetent is the only word I can use. Do not touch this company with a bargepole.

Avoid at all cost!
Richard took our money, promised the earth and let us down at every turn. Russish products backed by an awful service from a man that just doesnt care about his customers at all. We feel totally ripped off and let down and I strongly recomend anyone looking for wardrobe doors do NOT call this company. Worst expereince ever.

I ordered 4 wardrobe doors then read the reviews and was really worried. But Richard was very patient with my numerous calls and the beautiful doors were delivered within the time scale.

I agree with everything the previous reviewer has posted!
Previously known as JUST WARDROBE DOORS - took over 6K of our money, absolutely nothing received and no reply to demands of a refund.
Google ‘Just Wardrobe Doors’ reviews and look on Companies House to find Company Owner’s (re-occurring) name, which frustratingly, I am not allowed to post here.
We involved ‘Which Legal’ and a County Court Judgement was issued.
Happy for Trustpilot to contact me and I can verify, providing all correspondence with Which etc!!!!

On the back of my first order with Bespoke Door Studio, I decided to order more doors for my wife's dressing room, again I was extremely happy with the product and service that Richard provided, We are currently looking at doing our Daughters Bedroom and would not hesitate in using Bespoke Door Studio again, Thank you Richard

We placed and paid for a very large wardrobe door order in advance and were advised that we could expect delivery within six weeks. There were various unforeseen issues that caused a delay (no sprayer/mirrors didn't fit etc) and we finally received the items after 12 weeks. However, the back of the wardrobe doors were very poorly finished and of an unacceptable standard. These had to be returned and redone and we received them back 8 weeks later in a satisfactory and useable condition. (This was during the Xmas period and so probably didn't help the time frame.)
Richard regularly updated us and kept the communication going and we did eventually get the product we ordered, despite the problems.

THIEF + SCAMMER + FRAUDSTER

This company used to be called 'Just Wardrobe Doors', but now has changed to 'BespokeDoorsStudio' due to committing theft amongst all their customers. This company appears professional with their 'flashy' photos. However, in reality this company will only take your money and will not deliver any goods. If they do decide to deliver anything, it will only counterfeit of what they describe it to be on their website. It will be poor quality with scorn edged cheap mdf wood and with blotchy paintwork. I have never dealt with a company with such disgusting unethical criminal standards. BEAWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ROB YOU RED HANDED!.

They are a bunch of cowboy. Take your money and will never deliver goods.
