Great experience from start to finish with excellent communication all the way through. The video call to enable them to see what needed to be moved made things much easier.
We had Michael and Kane move our Mum's house on the day, they were great - so quick and helpful and really considerate. Having the bed and table taken down and put back up in the new house was so helpful as this would have taken us ages.

We had never used removals before but we are so glad we did as it made it so much less stressful. Would use W&Y again and recommend to anyone who needs removals.

From beginning to end this company have been incredible! This is my first time moving and moving to another country so the whole process has been very daunting. However, this company and the team that worked with me, made me feel very comfortable and helped me with everything. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better team!

The communications with Williams & Yates leading up to the move date were excellent. The removal men called to alert us to their arrival, which was right on schedule. The team was extremely helpful, packing up all the items, transporting it to the new location, and assisting in unpacking. They were uniformly friendly, hard working and efficient, especially on fragile or difficult items, such as our collection of plants in pots.

The team was quick, efficient, kind and took great care of the artworks. Everything arrived well, the process was entirely seamless. I look forward to working with Williams & Yates again soon!

All the people that dealt with my move was very professional. I was kept updated on the progress all the time either by email or phone call. All in all I would recommend William & Yates to anyone as I like their professionalism but also their personal touch.

This was our first time of using a professional removal company. To move after over 20 years in the same house was overwhelming and Williams & Yates made it so easy! They came recommended to us by In-Excess Removal who were fully booked to take on our move. The team arrived at our old home at 07:50 to start at 08:00 am. Everything was done with a smile and professionally. We were blown away how the move was completed in record time 3.5 hours...and this includes moving 22 miles from our old home. They come highly recommended.

We made a move from London to Paris. We had a furnished apartment, but we had a lot of cartons and a few heavy pieces.

Louise was responsible for packing. She and her crew were 5-star excellent. They were fast, efficient, friendly and not one piece arrived with the slightest damage.

Ryan was our delivery person. He was also very friendly, but the only reason I downgrade delivery was because Ryan was alone, and though he did not ask for our help to unload and bring the boxes inside, we knew that he needed help.

Because Louise had the proper crew, there was no issue. While in France, my wife and I had to do some unexpected heavy lifting- something that left us pretty sore and exhausted.

Otherwise, our account manager Aaron was very much on the ball and extremely helpful with paperwork and updates.

I recommend W&S highly for your move from the UK to France.

Ollie was super communicative from the start to finish.
The whole team with Ryan and Michael were polite, careful but fast working. Huge diligence of care. Found solutions to any problems of access and tidied up after themselves. And were very accommodating when I forgot extra things that I just caught them in time for. Nothing but pleasant to deal with- thank you.

They were very professional from start to finish. I had a tricky move that required an experienced mover and they were fantastic. In particular, Maria R was very good to deal with and always helpful.

I used their Williams and Yates and was recommended to them for and International move. Everything has go smoothly, I would recommend to all.

Just used Williams & Yates again to move some more bits over to your French property and the service is very high quality and has been seem less yet again. They think of everything before you’ve even thought of it yourself, I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

We had some high value fine art which was in storage with them it is great to work with a company that can move our house as well as our collections.

From the first phone enquiry to the final delivery W&Y have been absolutely superb, especially our move co-ordinator, Maria R. I'm sure we've been far from the biggest shipments that Maria has dealt with, but she's kept us well informed at every stage, had excellent advice to help with the paperwork, and from the two lads in Az that collected and packed our stuff, to the lads that delivered it this morning in the terrible rain, I have nothing but thanks and praise. I would recommend W&Y to anyone.

The guys...Oldie, Jordan and Michael were veffi ie the quick and professional, but we're also pleasant and fun to have around.
