We are really happy with our new door, it looks really professional and smart. The team were great from the beginning, including the design visit through to fitting. Would recommend!

We were very sad to part with our front door that was 125 years old but it was impossible to keep the wind out. But Bespoke Front Doors made it so easy for us from picking the right door, installation and then final finishing. So we are no longer sad...we are delighted and hopefully it will also last 125 years although we won't be around to see it.

Bespoke Front Door made the most beautiful front door and surround for our new home. The finish is perfect and exactly as we had hoped. The team is very easy to work with and accommodating, and we liked that Bespoke Front Door is a small company and that you get to know the team, who are all very personable and friendly. We were able to help design the door and choose the colours and the exact design of the glass panels. We would totally recommend Bespoke Front Door for anyone looking for a bespoke, high end finish.

We are delighted with our beautiful new front door. The process from beginning to end has been very professional and thorough with real attention to detail. The touch-up painting after installation was completed with meticulous precision at the weekend and we have even been supplied paint to match our side gate.

I can only offer praise for this company. They were helpful and fitted in with our decorators working at the same time. The new door is such an improvement, soundproof, insulated with a double glazed fanlight.

The whole process was clearly explained and I’m delighted with the result.

Superb door, brilliant service and fanatical level of attention to detail. Really passionate about their work and I was so impressed with the whole process from initial consultation to install and beyond. Great new front door, specially made to resemble the original, but now much stronger and far better insulated. The new double glazed stained glass panels in the door and adjacent window have really transformed the whole look. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Just superb.

Just to add on the attention to detail and customer service- One of the stained glass glazed panels got cracked, but they were able to work with the glazing company who had originally made the panels for them (Art With Glass- also brilliant) and fix the problem- organising the removing, fixing and reinstalling the panel in one day. The finished front door is just fabulous.

We had superb service from Bespoke Front Door from start to finish. Our project was the replacement of the front door to our 1930s house, including two glazed side panels. We were able to visit the workshop to see the manufacturing process at first hand and to choose the new door furniture. The team also helped us design the pattern for the stained glass in the door and side panels. The fitting process was very smooth - the fitters arrived bang on time, were very polite and friendly and cleaned up properly when they had finished. Once fitted, the painter, Abdi came to paint the door frame and surround, which he did extremely well. Overall the quality of the finished product and the standard of workmanship is excellent. The entire team at BFD was an absolute pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend the company to anyone considering a replacement front door.

Extremely disappointing service. The door showed up well past the promised date and was already damaged upon arrival. The installers were in a hurry and didn’t take the time to make sure everything was aligned. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response, and even then, the issues remained unresolved. The door doesn’t fit right, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Extremely disappointed. The door I received was completely wrong – not even close to what I ordered. The installation was sloppy, and they left a mess behind. When I contacted customer service, I was ignored for days, and when they finally responded, they didn’t offer any real solutions. The door is functional, but the whole experience was a nightmare.

We had a great experience with Bespoke Front Doors, from the initial chat with Doug to the installation team and the decorator. Everyone took great care in the work they did, was friendly, tidy and on time. When we needed someone to come round to check something they were over on the same day. You can tell the door is high quality and we are really pleased with the finished product. Highly recommended.

From start to finish Doug/ John and the rest of the team have been absolutely brilliant. I shopped around a bit before settling on Bespoke Front Door and I’m so glad I went with them. Everyone I’ve met/ spoken to has been really friendly and informative and that goes such a long way when picking out a supplier.

We had just moved to a new home and the original door was tired and in need of replacement. We opted for a new four panel Victorian door, with sand blasted glazing in two panels, a sand blasted fan light with clear house number, a new frame, a pair of Banham locks, and various other hardware. A special mention to the door knob Bespoke Front Door provided - it’s particularly nice!

After an initial visit to discuss options and measuring up I was sent a quote setting out everything we wanted with a neat CAD drawing which showed how the door would look. John later followed up a couple of times to confirm smaller details and explained really well little items I hadn’t thought of like the different types of panel moulding and the threshold step and seals before we got the design fully confirmed.

As the door got nearer production a form came to allow me to confirm the door hardware and the door colour (many tester pots later we went with F&B Oval Room Blue - we love it!). It was all really slick and very professionally done.

On fitting day a friendly couple of guys from the team spent most of the day removing our old frame and door and fitting the new one. It’s a world apart from what we had. It’s much thicker, very solid/ sturdy and looks gorgeous. It is high quality in both construction and fitting.

A week or two after fitting a decorator (Abdi) arrived to touch up the areas around the door to finish the job. To my knowledge this is a service not everyone else provides. He spent a good part of the day neatening everything up.

A nice touch was being left with quite a full paint pot of the door colour for later touch ups and so I can match a new garden gate when I get round to ordering that! It’s a shame Bespoke Front Door don’t also do garden gates as I’d ask them to do that too if they did!

Some weeks into fitting the dead lock started to catch slightly, probably as the temperature is changing into Spring, causing some subtle wood movement. Quick as a flash the team sent someone out to take a look for me and had it sorted in minutes.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bespoke Front Door to anyone in need of a new door. The whole experience has been great, with excellent communication throughout and fundamentally delivery of a high end service and product.

From our first meeting with John, to visiting the workshop, and finally the installation of our beautiful door, it was an enjoyable experience. John and the team are absolute professionals and talented craftsmen. It was so refreshing to be able to put our absolute trust in the team and look to them for the best advice, knowing that is exactly what we were receiving. The stained glass is absolutely beautiful! Surpassing our expectations. And the heft and quality of the door - it is solid. Abdi did a great job with the paint work too. A bright red door needs to look perfect. Thank you so much. Doug and the Bespoke Front Door team are true professionals. This is the second front door we have purchased from them. The options and styles are plentiful, but it’s the quality that sets them aside. The finished product is a true classic, solid wood front door, beautiful colour options and added security features. The service is also seamless and we couldn’t recommend them enough! If we ever need a third door, we know where to go.
