Highly recommended company if you want a new front door/frame made to your own specifications for glazing, colour and security. We are very pleased with the quality of the door which has improved both our hallway and the external appearance of our house.
The purchase was straightforward with Doug providing a detailed quotation and estimated delivery date. The installation carpenters and painter did an excellent job and made sure the finished product was perfect.

We had a great experience with Bespoke front door. We were initially looking at an off-the-shelf door elsewhere, however we were then recommended this company by a neighbour. Yes it’s more expensive as a bespoke option and we did debate for a while about the extra expense, however we’re really glad we paid the difference as the finished result is great and the customer service was brilliant. Doug spent time explaining the different options and offering advice which was really helpful and the whole process was stress free. They were also understanding and flexible when our builders caused many frustrating delays and I would happily recommend them to anyone who wants a new front door locally.

Can't say enough about this company - reasonably priced, relatively short lead times, courteous and the door they supplied is absolutely stunning.

From survey to completion the complete process was seamless. I needed to replace a Victorian front door with as true a copy of the original as possible. The new door is indistinguishable from the original with all of the same detailing. Fitting into existing frame and replacement of door and fanlight without problem, and the finished product is really very good. All the people involved in the process were polite and very professional and did a good job

Doug and John, along with their team, have excelled themselves in the quality of how this job has been managed and performed. From the outset, we asked them to imitate the unusual door we had, and the reproduction was bespoke to the very last detail. In order to produce the quote to a meticulous level of detail, we had a number of visits from John who was incredibly patient and superbly knowledgeable. This was followed by the installation that was performed in a very professional manner. Each and every concern and matter was listened to, and a solution was found without compromise if and when possible. Further, Bespoke Front Door went out of their way to make sure that the door was fitted exactly to our specifications. To provide an example of this, we initially specified the door knob to be placed above the knocker, but once installed, it was clear to us that this did not look quite how we had envisaged it to. Subsequently, Doug and his team came to rectify this and place the two items of door furniture the other way round. No fuss and no quibble. We cannot fault Bespoke Front Door at all, particularly with respect to their customer focus on experience and satisfaction, and have no hesitation of recommending them to both friends and family

I talked to many door sales people and John was one of the few that did not try to upsell me on anything; he was honest, efficient, and answered all of my questions. Bespoke Front Door was always responsive to inquiries. And then, my door was installed. It's beautiful, solid, and you can tell it is quality work. The fitters and the finisher were polite, tidy, and they take obvious care and pride in their work. If you are looking for a new front door, I highly recommend Bespoke Front Door.

We moved house in Jan 22. The front door was quite handsome with a splendid Georgian surround but it had been in place since the mid 20's and no longer fitted very well and the frame was rotted in places.
The back door was poor quality and insecure. Our previous next door neighbours had used Bespoke for their new front door and I was impressed with the quality so, with a deep breath, I commissioned Doug to make two new ones. Both had to precisely mirror the ones that they replaced.
We are delighted with the result. The relationship with the company was excellent throughout. We had the odd delay but communication was open during the whole process. We liked and were impressed with the whole team who worked on our doors - Robertas, Jonathan, Abdi and Desmond. They all take a proper pride in their work. First class.

We have finally replaced our grotty 1950s glazed front door with a beautiful 21st century version of what our 1930s house originally had, including new stained glass copied from an original and adapted for a different shaped window.

Bespoke Front Door were brilliant throughout the process from start to finish. John talked us through the anatomy of a front door and guided us with the many small and large decisions.

Having explored a few custom door companies I was attracted to Bespoke Front Door by their positive reviews and I was even invited to visit the workshop in Teddington to reassure myself before placing such a costly order (this is an investment which we had saved for). We chose to replace the frame and fanlight as well as the door and we couldn't be happier.

Well where do I start?...having researched front doors for a few months, it became obvious to me that what I wanted was not going to be possible in my local area. I therefore called Bespoke Front Doors on a Friday afternoon late February. I did not expect a call back that evening but certainly received one from John. I then spoke to him the following morning and, a few days later he arrived to assess the situation. John advised on framework, top light & door - a very knowledgeable man. I placed my order and was given a leadtime of 8 weeks.
My front door was installed last week and looks great. Special thanks to James, Russell and Abdi for installing and transforming the front of my house with a yellow door. To quote John, the door will stand out for all the right reasons - how right he is. Huge thanks to Doug & John for agreeing to come so far out in order to supply me with a wonderful looking door that no longer lets in the draughts.

Fantastic experience working with Doug and the team. Great pre-sales approach, explained all of our options and made recommendations. The installers were great, took real pride in what they were doing and nothing too much trouble, from the joiners to the painter. Tidied up a couple of snags with no issues. Expensive but you get what you pay for!!

From restoring the broken glasswork to spending extra time on site to battle with our warped door frame they have been helpful, communicated regularly and clearly with us and the team were all very polite, friendly and tidy.
