Everything about my order went as perfect as planned. I ordered a heart pendant online and bycharlotte was the only jewellery store that I could find that would stick the picture in (especially for a reasonable price). Not only this, I had a few questions in regards to it and their team responded to emails within an hour every single time! Alongside this, It took 2 days for the product to come and came in a cute jewellery bag and box. Lastly, they gave me an extra 4 heart-sized stickers for the pendant. Overall, amazing job and I am very pleased!

My Grandaughter and I had a really lovely time at our three hour workshop experience with Charlotte.
My Grandaughter made a bespoke ring and I made a pair of earrings.
Charlotte is a really good teacher and we both enjoyed our time at the workshop.

The 14k gold rings are beautiful (pricey!) However the braceletts are extremely overpriced and expect the links to break within 12 months. I purchased two braceletts, one was 14k gold lasted a month, now they dont sell it anymore so have to go to the hassle of sending it in for a repair, mind you these are EXPENSIVE tiny pieces of jewllery that should last a long time! The second bracelet was thicker gold vermeil and lasted about 12 months again the link broke. The warranty had just ended so i have to pay for the repair. If its vermeil it will also tarnish very quickly.
Her designs are lovely but are way overpriced for what you get !!

It's just ok. Service was good and presentation was nice but the piece looks quite cheap and it was one of the more expensive brands in this area. Probably wouldn't buy from them again.

only ordered late Wednesday night and got my delivery to the Gold Coast on Friday (and free shipping). Always excellent quality jewellery and great customer service if you ever need to return. Have shopped multiple times. Thanks.

By Charlotte has beautiful designs BUT the quality just doesn't seem to match the price. At least for the gold vermeil pieces! I own 4 necklaces and 2 rings from this shop. The first problem I've had with my pieces is that they are gold vermeil, and in time with regular wear, the gold finish wears off on both the necklaces and rings. Maybe I'm rough with my jewelry, but I don't like taking my rings off in public places to wash my hands. For the pricepoint, I'd at least hope to get a few years out of each piece like you would with gold fill or much longer with solid gold! (and yes, they do have a limited collection of solid gold pieces now!) I actually purchased the same ring twice because I was so sad when the first one dulled... which leads to the second thing I don't love about the quality - the pieces are beautifully delicate but too much so to stand normal wear and tear... again! My replacement ring got totally bent out of shape for no real reason at all. I have similar complaints about the necklaces - gold finish wearing off and the pieces breaking. I've had 2 chains break from moderate pulls (one from getting caught on a cabinet pull and the second a coat zipper). I really wish the pieces were more durable and able to withstand everyday use because they really are lovely designs! But I should just stop giving them my money altogether because I met the designer several years ago when I went to their Paddington shop to try to get my broken necklace fixed, and she was just downright rude. She flat-out told me they don't do any repairs (even to their own jewellery) and didn't even recommend any local jewellers that would fix it. Maybe it was an off day, but it's stuck with me 8 years later still!

High quality, durable and beautiful jewellery. Doesn't tarnish when I get water on it. Highly recommend!

I asked Charlotte to make a ring and pendant necklace with moonstone gems for our grand-daughter as a Christmas present. Charlotte sent me designs to chose from and, once I had selected, she kept me fully appraised of the process as we went through. The finished pieces were utterly beautiful and well made, and our grand-daughter was thrilled with her Christmas present. I shall definitely be asking Charlotte to make other pieces of jewellery in future.

Charlotte was so helpful and kept me informed all the way through the process. My ring is gorgeous. She is very knowledgeable and very talented. Would definitely use her again.

Better than New
Charlotte advised and replaced broken chain on necklace of sentimental value. She fitted an easy to use fastener and also cleaned the jewellery before promptly returning it looking better than new.

Charlotte made me me the most amazing twisted heart pendant out of my dad's old gold necklace so that I could wear it with a gold L I have had since I was little.
It is absolutely gorgeous and Charlotte is so lovely and professional.

I recently ordered some bespoke jewellery from Charlotte - two Christmas gifts. Given the current lockdown, I thought it would be tricky but Charlotte made it effortless (on my part anyway!). We spoke on the phone and she took into account all the details, for example the girls' ages and tastes, and of course my budget, and sent me photos. It seemed like no time at all before she delivered them to my doorstep. A lovely touch was the way she had wrapped them, with their names on the labels, all in lovely gift bags. I also had a ring made for myself which is just gorgeous. I think I need a 'Charlotte's jewellery' savings jar, I just can't resist her beautiful jewellery!
