I've always had stunning jewellery from Charlotte. The only earrings I can keep in without them irritating my skin.
When I've ordered online from her she's been great with advice, coming up with different samples to choose from. And then they arrive super quickly.
In person Charlotte is amazing and can suggest lots of alternatives to widen your choice of jewellery. She'll do her best to make sure the item you choose is perfect for you.

There are not many rings made in my size, which is frustrating. Normally shop owners just say no we haven't got any. When I asked Charlotte whether she had any silver rings in my size and she didn't she apologised and offered to make me one to fit. We discussed designs and prices and she made it promptly to order. It all went really smoothly, including the payment and speedy delivery. It felt like personalised service and very efficient. I would recommend her work.

Charlotte has recently done the most amazing job on my engagement ring, one of my saphires fell out and she has replaced it, it's an exact match the the other one you wouldn't be able to tell it's been replaced , amazingly quick service , the ring looks brand new again

Jewellery by Charlotte - the designer, Charlotte is extremely helpful when it come to picking the right earrings to go as part of a set. She is helpful and always keeps you informed of the different stages. Best value for money as well.

I had a platinum wedding band, which cost me over £1,000. Unfortunately l lost this ring and wanted to replace it, but couldn’t afford to straight away. I met Charlotte at the Ruddington market, where her stall attracts a lot of attention and customers. And even though Charlotte’s stall was very busy, she spent time to explain her bespoke product with me, sizing my finger and explained her delivery service. I had chosen a Tiffany style band (my daughter has the real thing). Charlotte didn’t let me down and l received my ring in the post during lockdown. I am delighted with both the quality and the service l received from Charlotte, it’s a 10 out of 10 from me. I’m so pleased with my ring, it’s kept it’s colour and never affected my finger, which is great as l suffer from very dry hands. I would highly recommended Charlotte to anyone, as nothing is too much trouble. Jewellery is in Charlotte’s DNA, as her grandfather taught her his trade. Charlotte has developed her passion making on trend styles for the next generation. She is a true Artisan !!!!

Ordered a bespoke gold ring to an historic design from Charlotte- and got a perfect copy. Complete with Roman numerals and a truly authentic finish. Absolutely delighted.

Charlotte made a small silver ring for me, the design inspired by a real twig. It is simple and elegant and I love it! Charlotte is friendly and approachable, communication through the whole process was excellent and she designed and made the jewellery exactly how I wanted it. The price was very reasonable too. Would absolutely recommend!
