Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish with Bespoke Window Furnishing Essex.
From the very beginning, their communication was excellent—keeping in touch, checking in, and making sure everything was running smoothly. I had already chosen them for my shutters, but the original lead time was around 12 weeks due to overseas manufacturing. They really went the extra mile by sourcing a UK-based supplier, reducing the wait to just 4 weeks.
Gary, who carried out the measuring, and Chris, who completed the installation, were both outstanding. They explained everything clearly—process, timelines, and costs—so we felt completely informed and confident throughout.
Once the shutters were ready, everything moved quickly, and within a week they were installed. Chris did a brilliant job with the fitting—professional, tidy, and clearly takes pride in his work.
A big thank you as well to the UK manufacturer for delivering so quickly and exactly as promised.

The team at BWF were amazing from start to finish. From an initial meeting and measure up (with no strings), to coming over to do the job and adjust one item the wife wanted, to demoing the product (we got electric blinds). Hands down they are one of the best teams and experiences we have had so far in our house renovation - one year in and have had many projects!

My shutters were installed today by Alan and his assistant. Honestly I couldn't be happier, we only had to change location once for them to do the room we were in. The rest of the time we hardly knew they were there. The finish was perfect in every room. All I can say is wow. Highly professional, fast and effective with transformative results. The blinds looked absolutely fabulous, the measuring up took less than half an hour and install done as soon as the materials were in. Details and measurements diligently verified and fit perfectly.

Chris returned to install hardwood shutters in the front of my house and, once again, did a superb job.
