After reading the reviews here we ended up purchasing the Nautilus mattress and the mademoiselle bed. The mattress is breathable, supportive and comfortable. You can tell by the seamless design of the mattress it is of high quality.
The bed has that soft luxury look which is perfect for a minimalistic setting. You can tell it’s sturdy and well made.
Delivery arrived on the date stated. The driver Danny left it in our room of choice. Would recommend this company 10/10 for me!

Decided to take the leap and go for the witney bed. Completely transformed my bedroom giving it that premium feel. Excellent communication throughout. Top company 👍

Decided to go for the Almo Bed superking with gas lift storage. Can tell the fabric is of high quality and the bed feels premium. It completes the look of my room. Great communication throughout👍👍

Ordered our beds for each bedroom and certainly not dissapointed. Had to adjust some dimensions for the headboards and they were more than happy to accomodate for that. Had to wait slightly longer due to the dimension adjustment but got emails to keep me updated. Anyhow delivered by the friendly drivers and assembled. Love the beds and love the quality with great attention to detail

Ordered a carlo floating bed from Nero for my main bedroom. Went for the manhattan tweed colour and chose the assembly option. Adam who i spoke to was so friendly and everything was delivered on the date stated. Absolutely love the bed. Love the premium feel of the fabric and it just goes with my decor

I was searching for a bed base for ages that was contemporary, had impact and British. So happy we went with Nero Living, our bed is beautiful!

The service from start to finish was 10 out of 10. We ordered the free fabric samples, that made the selection and colour choice easy.
We then wanted some adjustments to our chosen headboard and this was no problem at all.
Adam communicated well with us and it was executed beautifully- so happy!
We also added the gas lift that provides so much needed storage.
The only thing I would say is to maybe add the assembly service. It’s not very hard but we did have to watch a YouTube tutorial when it came to the gas lift section.

We would definitely recommend this company to anybody considering a new bed frame and headboard.

After looking at lots of different sites we settled with Nero Living. We were not disappointed! The service from start to finish was 5 stars. We ordered the free fabric samples, they were delivered promptly. We then wanted some adjustments to our chosen bed frame (lower headboard due to sills and clearance space). All of our questions were answered, and our bed was delivered and assembled within 2 weeks of us ordering it. We would definitely recommend this company to anybody considering a new bed frame. A special mention to Adam who went above and beyond (we did ask him a lot of questions before we ordered).

Needed a bed before Christmas but didn’t want a bad quality one. I searched the web a while and found this.
The quality looked good and delivery was promised before Christmas.
The bed arrived last Friday and I couldn’t be happier. The quality is great - the mattress feels firm and the bed looks amazing.

Before buying my bed I asked lots of questions online which were all answered promptly. After ordering communication was excellent - i received prompt confirmation via email and then a timeslot on the day.
When the bed arrived it was really well wrapped and the delivery team was excellent. When unwrapped the bed was beyond my expectations in terms of fabric quality and design. It was easy to assemble and I was amazed at the quality of the mechanism for the gas lift. One snag point is the instructions were not that clear, but they promptly emailed me better ones.
In all the bed is really well constructed, carefully upholstered and is the centrepiece of my bedroom.
