I find the app super easy to use and is helping me stay on top of my fasting window.

I did not like that you push for extra things that cost too much and that you do not advertise from the beginning what is included and what not

This is yet another diet con. It is expensive at £49.95 for a 12 week subscription and only gives you very limited access to a basic program without any really advice or access to basic things like nutritional information for meals. Meals are restricted to a very low calorie count well bellow safe recommended levels. There is no option to chose meals and no access to any exercise advice either. Focus is on long periods of water fasting with no advice on how to choose a suitable program. There is constant sarcastic messages prompting you to pay more if you want access to what should be included in the app ie. access to advice and support, exercise advice and nutritional information. Each add on Costa a further £49.95. Also app prompts you to input daily weights and won't let you access your meal program until you enter a weight. When cancelling you receive more sarcastic messages and pressure to stay and spend more money on upgrading your account. Definitely would advise to steer clear of this app unless you have bottomless pockets and don't mind googling the information you need
