Easy, simple and quick
The web site was easy to navigate and find the headset I was looking for. Pricing on this headset was fairly consistent across most sites that I checked and next day delivery was available at a reasonable cost. For the price of the headset, it would have been nice to get next day delivery included for free though.
There was a good level of communication throughout the ordering process and the package was delivered as expected in good undamaged condition and provided the extra range that I was looking for.

I have spoken to Olli on Thursday 22nd as I needed some advice regarding headset and he was great help, very helpful, professional and friendly too as well very patient because I was very undecided and had few questions to ask but at the end he helped me to choose and had the delivery the day after set everything up as Ollie advices, used my new headset on Saturday and I must I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely be happy to recommend you guys. Ordered Comtac XPI’s and was contact to inform me of a possible delay to my order due to my second item, I was offered to split the delivery in order to receive my headset sooner and was told it would get delivered on the 8th where as the headset was actually delivered 2 days ago so very prompt there, would definitely use again for any of my comms needs
