Haven’t opened the box yet
Haven’t opened the box yet, a Christmas present for my grandson. The parcel was delivered within the time mentioned.
One thing I would suggest, that the packaging used could be more substantial, luckily my box was intact but more by luck than judgement.

Never got the headset I ordered
Never got the headset I ordered, called and was advised maybe it was out of stock. Well I should have been informed before some random headset was posted to me. Looked online and headset is still available, given an email to make a complaint and 5 days later still no response.
