My Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro SM-T900 battery had ballooned and needed replacing. Replacement came well packaged and kept up to date via e-mail on progress. New battery now installed and all working fine. Very pleased and will use bestbattery.biz for any further battery needs.

Ordered battery for my kindle. Nearly all the other suppliers were based in USA and China so I was pleased to find a UK supplier that was at good price and quick delivery.

I wanted a new battery for my aging Mac Powerbook G4. It is not that easy getting batteries for these older laptops at a price that is affordable. Best Battery could supply a new one at reasonable price and with a good guarantee. The battery is very good and has put new life back into this laptop. Very happy with my purchase.

Ordered a battery obviously, after the proposed delivery date it handnt arrived. However the after service was excellent both in communication and resolving the issue. I was sent another one and also for my hassle they refunded my postage promptly. The only downside is everything is by email no telephone number unfortunately.

DO NOT USE. I placed an order a few weeks ago. They have taken payment but I have not received my batteries. I haven’t even received a confirmation email of the order. They don’t answer the phone when I have tried to call them. I am not convinced this company even exists. I have reported them to PayPal and applied to PayPal for a refund. Order your batteries elsewhere. I should have taken more note of the other poor reviews.

Supplied suitable replacement battery for Navigon 2100max. Slight delay in delivery possibly due to postal conveyor (Hermes) but arrived well packaged and as described/expected. Easy to fit ..had correct connector plug. Works fine and holds charge far better than previous original battery but that was very old. Would use again.I had no problems. DMK
